Our landmark, the 22-metre-high tower of the "Georg Joseph" iron ore mine, is so well known that it even made it into Wikipedia. Today, it serves our campsite as the main building and reception and offers two holiday rooms for …holidaymakers. Our camping site is also quite unique in the region. It is located on the most scenic part of the Lahn, surrounded by nature, river and trees. Nevertheless, the campsite is well connected: The nearby Gräveneck railway station means you can quickly get to Weilburg or Limburg without having to make a big journey with your caravan. And after a long day of exploring, you can also enjoy a bit of campfire romance - you will find several fireplaces on our tent meadow, which you are welcome to use for grilling sausages, stick bread or marshmallows. Your children will love it! In general, family friendliness is very important to us. And by the way, this also applies to the four-legged members of the family. Nevertheless, we also value our night's rest - without being killjoys! To make your camping holiday as relaxing as possible, our site is modern and extensively equipped. In addition to sanitary facilities with toilets, showers, washing machine and tumble dryer, all pitches have electricity connections and a decentralised water supply. A restaurant and a kiosk cater for your physical well-being. By the way, there are no trains at night. So you can rest easy at night - that's what we value!
