Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re delighted that you enjoyed the facilities for children, as well as the cleanliness and functionality of your accommodations.
Regarding the mobile home’s amenities, we’d just like to clarify that sponges, cleaning cloths, and... trash bags are not included among the supplies provided in our rentals. It is therefore up to our guests to bring these items for their stay. However, we take your comment regarding the shower and its temperature fluctuations seriously, and this certainly warrants an investigation.
We’d also like to clarify a point about the pool: nowhere on our website does it state that the pool is heated, as this is indeed not the case. The only mention on our website is as follows: “Approximate temperature: 23 to 28 °C during the season, depending on the weather.” The water temperature therefore depends directly on weather conditions.
We were also quite surprised—and, we must admit, a little disappointed—by the 2/10 rating given to the food service. We had the pleasure of welcoming you several times at the snack bar during your week-long vacation, and you specifically told us that you really enjoyed our pizzas.
We also took care to accommodate your needs, particularly by paying special attention to how your meat was cooked due to your pregnancy, as well as by preparing small portions of fries for your son—even though this portion size isn’t normally offered on our menu—so they would be better suited to his appetite.
Nevertheless, we thank you for all your feedback, which helps us continue to improve the hospitality and services we offer our vacationers.

The front desk wasn't even aware of it, and the lifeguard told us it wouldn't reopen until next year. The pool is also open to the general public, so it gets very crowded. We fully understand your comment regarding the lack of a small grocery store on the campground grounds. However,... there is a grocery store in the village, just 300 meters from the campground, and it’s open year-round. It’s a convenient place to pick up everyday items and also offers a bread delivery service in the morning.
We are also committed to supporting and helping local businesses in the area thrive, rather than competing with them by offering the same services directly at the campground.
