Spacious, beautiful pool and clean grounds

A speed limit of 10 km on the grounds is more like 30 km, even with small children. It’s a shame that the staff operating the six golf carts aren’t setting a good example. The kitchen is temporarily closed due to the heat (38 degrees).

It’s supposed to be a 5-star campground…? Four restrooms spread across two restroom buildings for each gender, no urinals—and the restrooms look like you’d expect. Starting at 1:00 p.m. on weekends, there’s no more toilet paper, or they’re locked due to problems. This is far from clean. Dim lighting in the dark restroom buildings. The campground isn’t even half full yet—I can’t imagine what it’ll be like during peak season... The drain at the campsite is clogged. During the week, the pool is closed from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. Hardly any umbrellas. Sun loungers are reserved with towels. Even though lifeguards are there and could prevent this

We booked this campground after an excellent stay at Sandaya Le Littoral. Unfortunately, this campground did not live up to our expectations.

The restrooms weren't kept clean! (They only used a spray bottle and a cloth on the toilets.) Dirty floors and cobwebs everywhere. Also, there was no heating despite the cold weather. The outdoor pool looked nice but was too cold to swim in. The indoor pool was warm but had no changing rooms in case of bad weather.

The Situation

The restroom needs to be cleaned more often and more thoroughly, which includes restocking the toilet paper. Restaurant staff are sitting on the patio smoking and drinking coffee while it’s completely filthy. At the restaurant, we had to complain twice about the dirty glasses before we finally got clean ones on the third try. We were told to keep the same cutlery from the fish appetizer for the meat course, and only after we intervened were fresh sets of cutlery “slapped” down on the table for the main course. Here, too, the restroom—including the pipes—hadn’t been cleaned in a long time.

The restroom building, including the toilets and showers, hasn’t been cleaned in 6 days—there are cobwebs everywhere and the floors are dirty. They don’t even restock the toilet paper when the holders are empty. This is unacceptable at a 5-star campground. The restaurant was closed for 2 days for no reason. The bar staff was downright unfriendly.

I cannot provide any information because the vacation has not yet begun…

We have contacted customer service several times to request a change to the booking date, as we had to postpone our vacation plans by two days on short notice; despite multiple follow-up calls, we have not received a response to our request to date, and we have paid the reservation fee for services that were not provided on your part. Restroom Facilities and Services

Fix the gate for security; the parking spots are muddy; the soap hasn't been refilled; Wi-Fi and other services require a fee; check-out is at 11 a.m., when 12 p.m. is standard

A nice campground with excellent facilities, but unfortunately our assigned spot was very poor. Sand and mud with deep ruts in it. Very uneven. No grass to set up our awning on. A dark spot due to the many trees; absolutely no sun. Unfortunately.

Better maintenance of the campsites.

Beautiful campground, great atmosphere, friendly staff, plenty of amenities

We thought the pool was nice, spacious, and had something for everyone. Plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas, and a friendly lifeguard (and instructor). A cozy caravan decorated in beautiful colors. The store was open often and offered a very wide selection. The tourist information office with its small library was freely accessible.

There might be a partition in the restaurant separating the bar area from the dining area, but it's not necessary.

A pleasant campground—it has everything: a restaurant, a grocery store, activities…

At the pool, we were often just sitting on the ground. A lot of vacationers put their towels on a lounge chair in the morning and leave them there all day. For a 5-star hotel, there should be some rules… the staff should remove and fold the towels when a lounge chair has been empty for a certain amount of time…

The perfect size for a walk with a dog. Plenty of space for our canine friends. The food at the restaurant is excellent... I recommend the tuna tataki.

The staff at the youth reception desk had little experience. There weren't enough lounge chairs around the pool for everyone, so it was a real hassle. The staff let people put towels on the chairs to reserve them for the whole day even when they weren't there. We had to sit on the ground the first few days.
