- 4.0KHKurt H.júl 20254.0KHKurt H.júl 2025PozitívneSuper location on a torrent, which is fed by the Walchsee, where you can bathe, swim to the Walchsee or go SUP or boating. Small, outdated wash house, but very clean. Lots of nature around it, quiet. The host family is super nice and friendly. We were able to come several times without a reservation or extend our stay. Original camping, just as it should be. No frills.... Wonderful here.NegatívneActually, there are none. It's a long way to the wash house if you're on the other side of the stream. But hey, that's complaining on a high level. You can do without electric scooters, electric bikes, etc.Super campsite as it should be....Super location on a torrent, which is fed by the Walchsee, where you can swim, swim to the Walchsee or go SUP or boating. Long way to the wash house if you have your pitch on the other side of the stream. But hey, that's complaining on a high level. You can do without electric scooters, electric bikes, etc. Take the beautiful path over the Walchseebach dam and you're there.
We were even allowed to drive on directly during the night, as we were only passing through this time.
All in all, a beautiful, original campsite that you can drive to with a clear conscience. He is extremely nice and helpful Location Leisure facilitiesNegatívneWe didn't dislike anything, but we are also completely self-sufficient. There might be "traffic jams" at the toilet facilities in summer!Natural camping like in the old daysArrived without a reservation on the long weekend. The place was fully booked, but the owner then cleared away agricultural equipment and we had a TOP place right by the stream!
Overall very positive impression, owner very accommodating, his mother also took care of everything!
We didn't visit the wash houses as we are more self-sufficient.
ALL IN ALL....very nice, we will be back!!!Automaticky preložené. - 4.0JHJörg H.júl 20184.0JHJörg H.júl 2018PozitívnePeace and greenery.NegatívneThe restaurant is supposed to be great, even if it doesn't look like it. Unfortunately, they somehow have opening hours for small children.Beautiful natural placeEverything is relatively small and informal. Beautiful unparceled tent meadow, even with the camper you do not have to stand in plots. Nice operator family. Sanitary facilities not exactly chic but functional and clean. Beautiful surroundings with many leisure activities (paragliding, via ferrata, hiking, cycling, eating out, shopping, ...). You can't get anything to eat in the restaurant at 7pm. :-( That's why we had to cook for ourselves.
- 4.0YKYvonne K.máj 20184.0YKYvonne K.máj 2018Pozitívne- Nature - Peace and quiet - super clear water - clean sanitary facilities, even if simpleNegatívne- possibly the priceBeautifully quiet natural site with lake accessWe really felt at home here. It is a really nice, quiet, natural place. It's also possible to go swimming right there in the tributary to Walchsee in super clear water. We went on many hikes from here in the beautiful surroundings. Simply a dream landscape. The sanitary facilities were simple and super clean. We really liked it. We just thought the price was a bit exorbitant for what was on offer. We would still come again.

Gerd M.august 20175.0Gerd M.august 2017PozitívneNature, location, tranquillity, informality and nice peopleNegatívnenoneOasis of peace in the middle of natureWe really enjoyed the three days in August 2017 on this site, which is wonderfully natural and offers countless leisure activities thanks to its wonderful location and surroundings. Swimming in the river is a special experience, which is why you don't necessarily have to go to the nearby lake. The Seemühle... is an ideal starting point for hiking and cycling. Despite the high season and vacation period, we were able to get a nice pitch for our tent without having to reserve in advance. The operator is very friendly, the sanitary facilities are simple but clean and perfectly adequate. What is perhaps missing is a shopping facility, but supermarkets are nearby. The peace and quiet is wonderful, only when there are groups of young people, as in our case, can it sometimes get loud, even late into the night.
