Arrogant boors and don't care about the customer at all

I booked this facility through a well-known online platform, trusting that there was professionalism, assistance and respect for the customer. Unfortunately, my experience, even before the stay, was extremely negative.
Following a problem that prevented me from leaving, I contacted the facility simply... seeking a civil discussion and perhaps a minimal opening to find an alternative solution. In response, I received arrogant attitudes, aggressive tones, and decidedly offensive and unprofessional phrases, which I find unacceptable to a customer.
Most disappointing was the total lack of empathy and politeness: instead of trying to handle the situation fairly, I was treated with superficiality and rudeness. Even the platform assistance merely referred me back to the facility without providing any real concrete support.
In reading other reviews, I also noticed that I would not be the only one to have experienced similar problems related to manners and customer handling. This suggests that this is not an isolated incident.
Honestly, after the way I was treated even before arrival, I am almost relieved that I did not stay at this establishment: if the welcome and attention to the customer are these already at a distance, I dare not imagine during an actual stay.
The review I am leaving is not born out of gratuitous anger, but out of a desire to relate a real experience so that other customers can carefully evaluate.
