The location in the fall is a dream

Sanitary facilities are terrible! No heating on demand either! Totally outdated, moldy and partly dilapidated (the ceiling is coming down). Defective toilets are not repaired in a week, rather completely closed. In addition, there is a power failure, of course at the time when you are in the shower with a baby. There is no information in German or English. There is of course only entertainment etc. during the Belgian vacations, but the actually beautiful forest playground could also be repaired for others.

We love the layout of the site, it's natural location - and the great facilities. Helpful & friendly staff.

better pay attention at the reception for paying tourist tax, because we got no electricity. Inquiry as to why we had no electricity was only solved at the second time. Internet and wifi must be much and much better

Nice people at reception and entertainment. We had a nice and central pitch near toilet building and swimming pool/sports field where there was always life. Cozy. Lots to do/fun animation. Nice play forest.

Pitch was sloping. Toilet building was somewhat outdated and regularly ( due to visitors) very dirty.

We enjoyed ourselves, Pool is fine, Nice catering staff.

Animation was full at times and could not include mn children. Big annoyance with the washing machines! Busy all day fighting for a spot for a washing machine.! 5 washing machines is already ridiculously few and then also in high season 2 washing machines broken!!! And this was no force majeure as they had been broken for weeks! Then you take your job as a campsite not seriously if you ask me. Eventually we went to a laundromat in the village. Also there is with rain ( which was every day almost) no indoor play area.

Beautiful and fun campground. Children are greatly entertained and there is a lot to do. Accommodations are also good

Overall a nice campground. Entertainment for all tastes, clean plumbing, friendly staff of all facilities, spacious sites.

I miss extra hooks in the showers and of some toilets the buttons for flushing did not work.well or even the back plate fell off. Maybe after the camping trip check everything out. Plus point I found.the sanitary what.was.well maintained.

Noise until 12 a.m. Terrace open from 3 pm . There is absolutely no information given about the campsite or the area . Ask for information then you have to pull it out
