Feel-good place
We stayed here for three nights in October 24, we liked it very much, Catwijk and Noordwijk are easy to reach by bike, we also made a trip to Amsterdam by train from Sassenheim, thanks to the good recommendations at the reception this worked out well. We hardly noticed any aircraft noise, if at all.

Despite barriers with license plate recognition, it is possible to enter the site after 10 pm, so that even late in the evening the cars cause unrest although there is a large parking lot in front of the entrance. On the pitches with private sanitary facilities (90 - 95), stones are laid approx. 10 cm below the turf, so that there is hardly any chance of securing the awning properly. If at all, then only with sturdy pegs and a bit of luck.

The campsite makes a well-kept impression.
Due to the many rental properties (chalets) and pitches, there is a lot of car traffic on the site.
Unfortunately, despite a few thresholds and a 5 km/h sign on the paths, the cars drive far too fast,
so that you... have to keep an eye on your children.
Due to the stones under the turf on pitches 90 to 95, these pitches can only be recommended to a limited extent,
as attaching an awning is very difficult and can only be done with thin pegs.
The private sanitary facilities were in a good and clean condition, even if they were a little small.
The pitches are very sandy which is not an advantage in bad weather.

It's hard to fall in love with the town of Rijnsburg. A busy road through the middle of the town! Unusual for Holland. Depending on the wind direction, planes from Schipohl. Sometimes a flight path, sometimes a runway, sometimes nothing. Mostly very interesting!
A place to feel good
Starting with the entrance area. Waiting area for arrivals. Ample outdoor parking for guests.
Modern building for reception, store, restaurant, indoor playground in the basement.
Automatic barrier. Asphalted paths to the parking area.
Perfect guidance system with signposts.
Spacious sanitary facilities, VERY CLEAN!
Indoor pool, outdoor pool, fishing pond, free wifi!
In short: there is nothing to complain about!

Beautiful, well-equipped campsite with indoor pool.
The solution of snack bar and restaurant in one building is very nice.
The staff are all friendly and helpful.
The individual pitches are also ideal for group trips with four to six caravans.
The pitches are all generously sized.
The central location... offers ideal conditions for day trips to Amsterdam, The Hague, Rotterdam, Utrecht and the coastal resorts.
Dogs are allowed in certain areas.
Limited exercise areas are available.

Nice campsite in the center of Holland
Note: in my opinion, this campsite loses 2 stars in price score and 1 star in overall score due to the request of anticipated payment. A medium to high level campsite, with beautiful, well-kept grounds, in a good location for visiting Holland. Facilities generally of good/very good quality, though not... very recent. Some annoyance may come from fairly constant jet noise, due to nearby airports (especially the busy Schiphol airport). The sea is about 4 km away, easily reached by bike. Too bad they require payment in advance, a practice I find unacceptable. Some problems can also come from the reservation/pitch assignment system: we were asked to change pitches after 4 days because the pitch had been booked, with the campsite half empty, and we had said we would probably stay extra days!

We (family with three children, caravan) were there for one night. Friendly and competent reception. Pitch is spacious. Sanitary building older but in order. Quiet site. Great playground and swimming pool.

Beautiful campsite between Amsterdam and The Hague near Katwijk on the North Sea. Large pitches, small drawback on grass. Muddy due to the rain. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The sanitary facilities are very clean and are cleaned 3 times a day. Lots of leisure activities for children, great adventure playground.

Situated between high hedges, the site seems to be surrounded by greenery, even though it is on the edge of a residential area. The site is easy to reach and has well-maintained paths, although only slow driving is possible (Let op! drempels). The pitches are large enough and, like the whole site, are... very clean and well maintained. The sanitary facilities are cleaned at least twice a day. The store sells everyday necessities relatively cheaply for a campsite. The swimming pool was the highlight for my children. Swimming inside and outside until 21:00 was used daily. The bistro offers the usual snacks and drinks at normal prices. We didn't try the restaurant, but table reservations would have been necessary. The children's entertainment was varied and offered daily. We did not find the flight path from Schiphol disturbing, although this must be mentioned in such a rating.

Ideal for cycling tours
The campsite is in a quiet location. (no aircraft noise disturbed us) Sanitary facilities very clean, cleaned several times a day. Staff very friendly. Small store with delicious bread rolls, lots of choice. The site is ideal for cycling tours to Katwijk, Nordwijk, Scheveingen, The Hague, Keukenhof.....

Good family place
We stayed at this site for 10 nights over Easter. Because of the size, the comfort pitches are recommended. The swimming pool is very good, especially with children. The children also enjoyed the entertainment program for children during the holidays. You can reach many important points by bike (Leiden beach, shopping, etc.) Reception and staff are always very friendly.

The campsite is surrounded by greenery, very good for city trips to Amsterdam, The Hague etc. The place offers guided tours. Everyone is friendly and helpful.

Not for those seeking relaxation!
Recommended campsite for visiting the surrounding cities (Leiden, Amsterdam, The Hague, etc.), but not for a relaxing vacation due to the noise of the aircraft. The standard pitches are quite small at 80 m², but not all of them were occupied during our visit, so we had enough space around us. The ground... was unfortunately very soft, leaving ugly marks in the ground when maneuvering. The sanitary facilities (front area) were well heated, modernly renovated and clean. The only drawback: no sockets in the individual washing cubicles. Bread rolls on pre-order. Wifi is available free of charge in excellent quality and without device limitation. Small swimming pool, nice playground, skating rink, tennis court, outdoor fitness equipment, soccer field available. Nearest supermarket in Rijnsburg: Hoogvliet. Good value for money with CampingCheque.

Nice place for a short vacation
The site is beautifully laid out. Beach easily accessible by bike. Many cultural destinations (Delft, The Hague, Leiden) in the immediate vicinity. Swimming pool in the low season is a great way to relax. We have nothing to complain about.

Kostenloser Wlan zugriff auf dem gesamten Platz. Nachtruhe wurde eingehalten. Sanitärbereich sauber Freundliche Mitarbeiter
Guter CP
Uns hat der Platz gut gefallen. Den Fluglärm fanden wir nich so schlimm. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Touren ins Umland wie z.B. Den Haag oder Amsterdam. Komfortplatz Pazelle war ausreichend groß. Unser Sanitärhaus wurde 2x am Tag gereinigt und war sauber.Mitarbeiter waren sehr Freundlich. Ein kleines Problem am Stellplatz wurde innerhalb von 10 min erledigt und beseitigt.

Sicher für Familien mit Kindern sehr gut geeignet, da kleines Hallen- und Freibad, das in der Hand von Kindern ist. Wird viel f. Kids getan.

Fluglärm! Für Erholungsurlaub nicht geeignet. Als Ausgangspunkt zum Keikenhof, Amsterdam usw. sicher geeignet.
Ständig Flugverkehr! 15 km zum Keukenhof - dieser inzwischen 15 Euro Eintritt an Ostern und dann sehr gut besucht! Die Parzellen sind ok, dürften aber für den Preis größer sein. Restaurant nur abends geöffnet. Lebensmittelgeschäft sehr klein aber für tägl. Bedarf reichts. Für Angler: Die gefangenen Fische müssen! zurückgesetzt werden!.

Schön gelegener, ruhiger Platz. Ideal zum Besuch des Koikenhofes. Restaurant und Snakbar mit freundlicher Bedienung wie überhaupt das Personal sehr freundlich ist.

Wir haben ein paar sehr schöne Ostertage auf dem Platz verbringen dürfen. Zwar war es sehr kalt, aber da kann der Platz nichts zu. Die Infrastruktur des Platzes ist Top. Stromkasten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wasser keine 10 Schritte entfernt. Der Supermarkt war super mit Ware bestückt,obwohl der Platz gerade... erst auf Touren kommt.. Die SnackBar hält was Sie verspricht, Snacken für nen kleinen Euro. Gleichzeitig befindet sich in der SnackBar eine Kneipe / Bar wo man herrlich versacken kann. ;) Die Bedienungen waren immer nett und freundlich. Das Restaurant nebenan war auch TOP, lecker , viel und gut! Das Highlight ist das Schwimmbad incl. Aussenbereich. Ein Becken für die Kleinen mit Rutsche und Spielzeug und ein Schwimmerbecken auch mit Rutsche. Zwar nicht groß aber ausreichend. Das Schwimmbad hat sogar bis 20Uhr geöffnet.Der Spielplatz bietet auch ausreichend Möglichkeiten sich auszutoben und zu spielen. Die 2 Sanitäranlagen waren sauber und ausreichend demissioniert. Leider kaum geheizt und bei -2 Grad daher etwas frisch... Abwaschen und Spülen konnte man auch im Sanitärgebäude. Chemietoiletten ausleeren war auch kein Problem, nur der Wasserschlauch hat ganz schön Druck auf der Leitung, da muss man auslassen, dass es nicht spritzt. Resümee: Super Platz, nett,freundlich und TOP gelegen für Tagesausflüge in alle Richtungen. Wir kommen wieder!
