A super team, from the reception to the groundsman, simply great. Always helpful and responsive to all requests. Even last-minute changes were always possible. We can recommend the campsite without reservation. Clean facilities and sanitary... facilities are up to date and always clean. The pitch was a little sloping, but also clean. The sunbathing lawn by the lake offers enough space for those who want to relax and swim down by the lake. The team was very friendly and courteous.
The only small minus point is the food supply. Unfortunately... there is no restaurant or similar on the site, but there are a few restaurants and pubs around. The bread roll service ran out of bread rolls around 08:00/08:30.
However, there is a vending machine with regional food on the campsite and an ice cream man who drives around in his van at certain times.
All in all, this is one of the best campsites I've ever visited. We had our grandchildren with us and they loved it. They loved using the playgrounds and the weather even made it possible to swim in the dam.
The bakery van came early with fresh bread rolls and cakes and the ice cream van came in the... afternoon with delicious ice cream.
We had another great few days at the campsite.

It's also very nice for us dog owners. There is a great dog beach with a lovely sunbathing area... and plenty of space to play with your dog. There are poop bag dispensers and plenty of garbage cans. The staff are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, there is no small store or snack bar on the site, which is a shame. As the nearest shop is a bit far away. You can plan lots of nice excursions around the campsite and with the guest card you can also get some small discounts. If you like it sophisticated go to Karlsbad CZ, if you want to hike - unlimited possibilities. For an adventure with children, the Syrau dragon cave is highly recommended. But the "fly in... the ointment" is the restaurant "Zur Auszeit". The food here could be better and so could the price-performance ratio. Unfortunately, the bread roll service also leaves a lot to be desired. The bread rolls we ordered from the bakery were baked on site and somehow a roll was always missing --> totally inflated price for the rolls.
