Thank you very much for your feedback. It is a pity that you had such a negative experience during your short stay with us. Nevertheless, we would like to clarify a few points:
Every time you arrive - even if you are just passing through - you will be greeted personally by our reception... team. In addition to a map of the site and location, all guests also receive access to our digital guest folder, which contains all the important information about your stay in a clear and up-to-date format.
The access road, which you described as "far too narrow", is 3.5 meters wide and is used daily by much larger vehicles without difficulty. Our infrastructure is specially designed for modern caravans and is regularly maintained.
As far as the garbage area is concerned, this is located - as is usual on many campsites - at the edge of the site, near the exit, and is clearly demarcated. Odors can never be completely avoided despite careful disposal and regular cleaning - unfortunately, this is part of any functioning waste logistics system.
Of course, we respect the fact that you find the site too expensive - but this point seems to have a significant influence on your overall assessment.
We would have been pleased if you had sought a discussion with us on site - we are always keen to find solutions and help our guests.

Staff very, very friendly. Sanitary building good and always clean. In the camping store you get everything you need and fresh bread rolls etc. every morning. Gastronomy very good even if it has its price. We were very annoyed that we didn't pay €30... for an overnight pitch, as stated on the homepage, but €41. We booked a comfort pitch from Sunday to Sunday, but managed to get through and were already here at 6pm on Saturday evening and asked for an overnight pitch for one night in advance. Our comfort pitch was occupied, so we had another overnight pitch (at the sanitary building) for one night. However, we were now charged €41 for this pitch. When we objected to the fact that we had explicitly asked for an overnight pitch, we were told that this pitch would have cost €30 if we had left on Sunday. Okay, we moved to our booked pitch on Sunday. I find dogs a bit expensive, but you can see that on the price list when you book. The access roads to the pitches could be a bit wider. When the site is full, it gets very crowded. The campsite is in beautiful condition with an *optimal lake view* and a magnificent *view of the mountains* which can also be enjoyed from the campsite. The access to the lake is ideal and the location offers a peaceful, picturesque setting to relax in. The views and nature are definitely... a highlight of the site.
Negative aspects:
Unfortunately, the campground itself was not as well maintained. The *pitch* was more of a gravel road, which made it difficult to get comfortable and use - especially when you would have liked a green field. In addition, the *washing and bathing area for the children* was not usable due to a technical defect, which was particularly problematic for families. The *children's area*, which would actually have offered a nice opportunity for the little ones, was also closed due to a construction site. Even if the area had been open, it probably wouldn't have been much fun as the *play equipment was in a dilapidated state* - an *old trampoline*, a *broken zip wire* that was *broken* and lying on the ground gave the impression of a neglected area. --- This version takes the other information and clearly highlights the positive and negative aspects of the campsite. We would like to comment on the content of your feedback as follows:
Our sanitary facilities were largely available without restrictions during your stay. The technical defect you mentioned only affected the so-called "fish bath" - a special sub-area that is not decisive for the overall operation. Of course, there were plenty of other washing and bathing areas available for families.
The rear area of the campsite is currently closed due to planned renovation work - clearly visible through construction fences and multiple signs. The fact that this area was nevertheless entered - including the playground located there - is a cause for concern. Safety regulations apply to all guests and serve to protect each individual. We expect such instructions to be observed.
We would like to clarify this with regard to the pitches: Our combination of grass and gravel areas has been deliberately chosen. The gravel is not only used for stability, but also for efficient drainage when it rains - this is a quality feature of modern camping facilities.

We recommend a Comfort Plus pitch (100-120 m²), especially for larger caravans,... to ensure sufficient space for the vehicle and caravan. Even if we cannot guarantee a fixed pitch number, we always try to accommodate individual requests as best we can.
The fees listed - visitor's tax, environmental tax and processing fee - are customary in the industry, are communicated transparently and serve the sustainable maintenance of our infrastructure. The replacement fee for the lost wristband sensor is also necessary as this system fulfills electronic functions. We can understand that the loss of this wristband had a major impact on your overall impression - it is a pity that this has resulted in such a critical assessment.

We can only confirm everything, we were very satisfied, everyone was super nice and open to any questions. The apartment was small but very... decorative and furnished with love.
