The atmosphere

The friendly staff at the front desk. The playground. The pool was great for small children.

Dogs shouldn't be allowed to run around freely. The children are afraid of strange dogs. Also, there was dog poop in front of the reception desk, in front of our house, and at the mini-golf course. Unfortunately, the restaurant and the store were closed… Too bad. Maybe during the off-season, the restaurant could at least be open on weekends so that vacationers can get to know each other.

The woman at the front desk is welcome to speak French with me. My English isn't good enough. But that's just how it is when you're a foreign guest and make a small mistake in French. Then you're immediately greeted in English.

Since it was the off-season and the place was relatively empty, it was very quiet and very cozy—we really had everything we needed. We'll be back.

What we didn't like at all—and what really annoyed us—was that we made a reservation, had to pay the full price right away, and weren't told about the ACSI discount. When we checked in and showed our card at the campsite, we were told that everything had already been paid for. That really annoyed us. The pool and the restaurant also closed relatively early. Especially since they advertise a heated outdoor pool in the spring.

The campsite was just as described on the website. The site was clean and welcoming. The staff were helpful.

Warn customers that when you order bedsheets - they are disposable. If you say that will supply bedsheets that night- you do not supply them the next morning without warning!

We signed up on the spur of the moment and were welcomed very politely. Even without speaking French or English, we were able to communicate just fine. The site was spacious, and the distance from the neighbors was perfect. We’d love to come back.

The restrooms were clean. The shower water could have been warmer, but….

The information provided about the accommodations and their full descriptions needs to be improved by the campground staff; don't make promises you can't keep.

The pool area is great. Lots of activities for kids (games, trampoline, mini-golf, etc.) Great restaurant with a very friendly owner. Spacious campground with plenty of room

Separate the camping sites from the mobile home sites. Some sites are squeezed between two mobile homes, which isn't very pleasant.

You feel right at home from the moment you arrive. The staff are really friendly. The meals at the restaurant are very generous.
