Beautiful Beach
We felt very comfortable there and ended up extending our stay several times. The campground isn't suitable for very large RVs.

Dream location beautiful place
Camping Lido is a wonderful place and offered exactly what we wanted: Quiet location right on the beautiful fine sandy beach, nice little beach bar with ice cream and snacks, clean sanitary facilities (albeit old, but cleaned several times a day). We had a great pitch at the bottom relatively centrally,... I find the pitches in the "upper area" problematic as you have to walk further to the beach. The pitches were relatively small but that didn't bother us. The eucalyptus trees, which cast a pleasant, light shade over the pitches without being resinous (pine trees), are also nice. Friendly staff, access may be a little difficult for motorhomes (approx. 1km with no possibility of avoiding oncoming traffic). Small pizzeria, mini market and bar within walking distance. Not for party people, great for families with (small) children. Elba is wonderful! We will be back!
