A nice campground. We've been visiting it for almost 30 years. It's well-maintained and in a beautiful location. The staff member Karmen does a good job.

Beautiful natural campsite with tent pitches under the trees. Beach included in the campsite - maximum 20 metres to the sea from the tent. Electricity and water at the tent available, sanitary facilities clean and regularly cleaned. Very nice owner. Price fine : 50,-EUR/night (2 adults+car+large tent+electricity). We spent almost 2 weeks of beautiful comfort here. Thank you. We will definitely not see each other for the last time.
Minusuri
Everything was perfect for us. We did not notice any negatives.
Beautiful place in the nature
We visited Peljesac for the first time and it was the campsite that grew on me. The beach was clean, the hostess was nice and the sea was clean and warm. We enjoyed a beautiful holiday in the countryside here and will be happy to return.

The location of the campsite is great, close to the beach, in the evening it is quiet, no discos, no noise, here you are not threatened, family atmosphere and the approach of the staff is really very good, friendly.
Minusuri
I have nothing to write here
Beautiful quiet campsite
Ideal campsite by its location, size, approach of the staff, who is looking for tranquility without any rushing moments and is not demanding, will find it here. The owner and her staff are friendly, clean toilets and washbasins as much as possible, but they take very good care, it can not be clean on... the white tiles during the day when people go there and from the outside they put their clay floor on their shoes, but a normal person can understand.
In the evening, the shower does not have hot water, it's more like summer water, but again, you don't need it in the heat.
Who is looking for restaurants, water slides, nightlife, do not go here, on the contrary, who wants to take a break and relax from the city bustle, this campsite is just for them.
The advantage is also a shop 10 minutes walk away where you can buy all the basic foodstuffs and always fresh pastries in the morning. The center is about 20-30mi.chodze where you have restaurants, shops, ferry etc.
A small note: there are too many jackals all over Psljesac, who sometimes howl in the evening, but they are harmless, you will hear them even in the campsite, they will not do anything to you, they avoid the campsite anyway. Their concert lasts max 5-10 min. It's not a big deal, on the contrary, it's such a brightening of your stay when you feel like you're on Aliyah for a few minutes🙃😀.Otherwise, everything is cool, I recommend coming here.

Quiet, natural campsite, no entertainment or other fancy stuff, great view. We are always in the front row. The sanitary facilities are minimalist and are being/ have already been partially renovated. They are cleaned twice a day. Carmen does her job in a friendly and reliable manner. Even if she is on the beach during her break, she is there for everyone immediately.
Minusuri
Since the gravel road is a public road and the Everyman's Right applies to the beach in Croatia, it can get dusty when visitors and bathers come. What is really annoying are other campers who behave as if they were alone, inconsiderate, selfish! According to the motto: after me the deluge. Don't clean up after your dog or leave garbage on the beach. Those who grumble about everything are the ones who end up being the culprits. We are often on site and therefore see a lot. The bigger the camper vans, the greater the demands. If everyone who complains would stay away..... oh, that would be nice. If you want chic, go somewhere else
Minimalistically good!
If you don't need much and want to spend a quiet and relaxed time without entertainment etc. .... and still see camping as camping, enjoy this wonderful view with palm trees on the beach .... then this is the place for you. Everyone else should please just stay away 😜

the pretty Dane at reception and the howling of the coyotes. Close to the ferry. Lots of large mobile homes with no contact with neighbors. We were able to dream the last days of Bosnia Herzegovina 🇧🇦 in peace.

would take a little longer and wonder what a campsite in southern Styria would cost. 👍
live report from the campsite
In a nutshell, we've been here 4 times in the last 10 years and dream of times gone by. People who have been on the road for a long time always stay calm. Other times will come again. Or switch to other Balkan states.
Good night

Very nice location and beautiful pitches under olives
Minusuri
Old sanitary facilities, very basic facilities, no food supply, completely overpriced.
Far too expensive
Very simple place without much frills. Sanitary facilities are getting on in years. No food supply on site. Everything would be in order if the operator hadn't increased the prices extremely since 2021. 30 € in October for 2 people with a small tent and car without electricity. Completely excessive for what is on offer here. What a shame!

The location and the peace and quiet. The beach is also suitable for children. The familiar relationship between the campers
Minusuri
Nothing has changed, only the price has gone up
Valuation 2021
The bay and the beach are fantastic. But a four-star place is greatly exaggerated. The owners only collect money but invest nothing. The price is now €39 for 2 people and a parking space for a caravan with a car. This was our 3rd time on the site. The showers stink from the drains as they did years... ago. Manure has been seeping out of the wall of the sanitary building next to the entrance for men for years. Hot water is only available occasionally. In the evenings you have to shower with cold water. The electricity boxes are only partially usable. So you should have a 50 meter cable with you. There were short circuits when it rained. Since Ulli no longer looks after the place, her husband is also missing as a craftsman. The cleanliness now also leaves a lot to be desired. Dog and jackal droppings are no longer removed from the beach and the campsite. The young women who now look after the site speak excellent English but no German. They have not yet got to grips with the allocation of pitches either. So some were parked in the back. Communication is no longer as good as it was in Ulli's day. The communal barbecue no longer exists either. Only beer is still served, but the price has risen. The advantage is the fantastic location, the beach and people know each other. I don't really care if there is a wooden door in front of the toilet and only a curtain in front of the shower. The environment has to be right and the price-performance ratio and that is no longer the case. K-H Holzapfel

Quiet and fantastically beautiful location
Camp Vrila in Trpjani on Peljesac ***like in the Caribbean***
This campsite is beautifully situated in a bay, the well-kept beach is lined with palm trees and the campsite itself is superb. The sanitary facilities are simple but always clean, and the small reception with bar and weekly communal barbecue is always an inviting place for a sociable chat. If you're... lucky enough to be in the front row right on the beach, you'll feel like you're in the Caribbean - the only thing missing is the sand. A place to feel good and relax, absolutely recommendable.

Directly on the beach, good for children because the bay is shallow. Quick access to the ferry and the town.
Minusuri
WOMO disposal station difficult to reach. It would be nice if you could set one up at the entrance.
Quaint place, top location in the bay with palm trees.
Came here for a stopover. The German operator was very thorough when we registered and showed us around. As the site was already quite full, it was a little more difficult to find a corner. I seriously underestimated the dimensions of my jumper. But with some maneuvering and slaloming between the trees,... I managed to get onto the pitch. The upper pitches are more suitable for T3s or cars with tents. Bathrooms and toilets basic but clean. Reported a blocked drain and the crew took care of it. You can tell the operator likes to tinker. Various found objects from the farm hang in the bathhouse as decoration, and an LED spotlight has been stapled to the broken neon tube. A style far from perfection, just quaint and nice, like the owner. Then, of course, there's the beach, a shallow bay where we were even able to briefly spot two dolphins. The clear water is perfect for snorkeling. In the evening, the 4000 jackals living on the island suddenly start howling. Pure goose bumps. The village can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes. There are several restaurants, a supermarket, a bakery, an ATM and a butcher's shop and an office of the Jadrolina ferry line for buying tickets. The ferry runs about 6 times between the mainland and the peninsula. Small drawback. The disposal station for motorhomes is at the top end of the site. The steep driveway on gravel was a challenge for the Jumper. You can't get to the gully to drain water because of the surrounding trees. It would be better to set up a place for this at the main building. What is not, can still be. Based on the previous reviews, you can see that the site still has potential for improvement, but you can tell it's on its way.

none worth mentioning, but the location would be very nice

We were only one night at the campsite (11.9.17), very expensive despite the off-season and no comfort (one night with caravan and car € 32, -), pitches are also difficult to reach with caravans

The location of the campsite directly on the water

No direct disposal for gray water.
Fantastically beautiful place right on the water
The location of this campsite couldn't be better. The shallow pebble beach is ideal for swimming. Numerous pitches are laid out on natural ground under shady trees. Some pitches have a direct view of the sea. There are shops in the next village. The sanitary facilities are very old. But technically everything... works perfectly. And contrary to other reviews, I have nothing to complain about in terms of cleanliness. The only disadvantage of the site is the disposal of the chemical toilets. You have to go quite far into a corner of the site to do this. The gray water is also disposed of there. But not directly from the car. You need a suitable transport container for this. Otherwise, the site has everything a camper needs to relax.
