The staff are accommodating, friendly and smiling. The atmosphere is friendly, simple and family-oriented. The campsite is well located.

We found the glamping very nice with very welcoming staff. We rented bikes which were very comfortable and reasonably priced for a day out.

the opening of the gate needs to be reviewed as it is not practical. Lack of flowers for a flower....

Very functional wooden hut-style accommodation and a quiet, shady location not overlooked.

Sanitary block hygiene

Great site within 10-15 minutes walking distance to La Flotte harbour. A really pretty little port with a great chilled vibe, full of little shops and bars/restaurants. Saint Martin de Re can be reached by a free bus service and the bus stop is a 5 minute walk from Bel Air. You can also get their using proper cycle paths in 15 minutes.

The stay went very well and the entertainment was top-notch.

Great location, loved being able to walk in to La Flotte. Quiet at night but lots going on. Water and electric close by. Facilities were clean.

The pool is all one depth (1.4 metre) and so not ideal for children. There is a baby pool. The pitches are very close together. The bins in the toilets were not emptied every day and the soap had often run out.

Repair the gate to the supermarket (broken plank), so that it opens at 8 a.m. as it should, but not at 10 a.m. as it used to. Meter a coat rack in the toilet instead of putting our jacket or a bag on the floor in the urine. I noticed that on a length of 20 m in front of our pitch, any defect is known if you go around the campsite, I don't know how many defects I could find. Like the pitch number plates that have fallen off or broken in two. We reported it to reception, but they didn't do anything about it.

Close to the port, wooded pitches, pleasant pool temperature

The cleanliness of the bungalows thick dust on the floor dusty cobwebs and I'm not the only one to make this remark ..., no customer service following our complaint to the reception, so we rented the bikes and ordered the morning bread during our stay first time I criticize a campsite.

The campsite is very well located, with the intermarket just a stone's throw away, the beach 5 minutes away by bike and the town just a few minutes away. Negative points would be the proximity of other accommodation and the feeling of spending your vacation with the neighbors. The cleaning wasn't great. But on the whole, the campsite is nice, The staff too. Thank you for welcoming us to your campsite.

Beautiful campsite, large swimming pool which was very welcome on hot days, clean well working plumbing.

The proximity of the village center and the calm of the campers (apart from the ultra-noisy work on the stadium, which is detrimental to the summer guests staying on the edge of the site - unacceptable for a campsite that charges €40 per night in July). On the other hand, there's nothing wrong with the welcome: the staff are very courteous and attentive, and also very available.

Since there was a construction site at the sports facility, we would have liked the campsite to be more accommodating. They can't do anything for the construction site but could have pointed it out or adjusted the price.

The location in the heart of the island. Proximity to the fleet port.
