We had an all-too-short stay in a place where the scenery is magnificent, nature is close by and there's so much to see. We absolutely must return!

The location is good, the setting is idyllic, very natural and well maintained. Good facilities, leisure areas. The service was friendly.

On Saturday night there was loud music and it kept us awake at night. It would be necessary to inform about this kind of events. There was no one to see us off at check out available at the reception (you had to be calling the phone).

In the heart of nature

There is always room for improvement and given the high quality of the premises and services provided the manager must know this. I won't write anything I haven't told the people involved 🙂

Beautiful area ,secluded and so quiet. Lovely owners,nothing is to much trouble, and having bread ect delivered to the door ready for breakfast was a real treat

Location in a natural setting, impeccable accommodation, friendly owners, the little bonus of baguette delivery in front of the rental.

Espais molt amplis, com un petit bosc. Personal molt amable

El camping és preciós. I la zona on es troba molt i molt bonica. Les parceles amb els bungalows estaven molt ben cuidades i prou allunyades les unes de les altres per poder tenir la teva privacitat. La piscina magnífica i amb suficients activitats perque els nens estiguessin entretinguts i contents durant l'estada.

No hi ha moltes coses a millorar. Potser una cosa a millorar seria el porxo de la nostra mobil-home. Era un espai molt bonic, però potser un pèl just per tenir ombra a l'exterior quan feia sol. Alguns dies no hi podiem menjar perque hi feia molta calor. I els dies que va ploure, també trobavem a faltar un espai exterior perque la mobil-home es quedava petita per 6 persones. Però en general vam estar molt i molt bé.

The catering team could do with working with more local produce, given the richness of the region - it's a shame to miss out!

Nature, the campsite grounds, the way they've been laid out, accommodation set far apart from each other, large pitches, the hilly aspect, a beautiful swimming pool - not extremely large but very pretty and clean, with a whirlpool bath - and the adjoining terrace bar. There's also a barbecue area with chairs and colorful tables where you can eat your grilled meats on the spot. You can be proud of your campsite, it's magnificent. And the friendliness of all the staff, the smile and the southern accent of the young waitress at the bar.

Very clean sanitary facilities, just one downside: the hot water in the showers was not constant in the block near pitch 9, whereas in the small block near the pool, the water was always very, very hot. It's not very pleasant when the temperature is just lukewarm, even for washing up.

We had an excellent stay. Very pleasant swimming pool. Very quiet from 11pm.

The campsite is fairly well located, near Mirepoix. The staff are pleasant and the activities very enjoyable. Access to the swimming pool saved us from the heat wave! Lots of nice little spots: Foix and its castle and the Mont d'Olmes resort, where we did a magnificent hike to the Etang d'Appy. It's a beautiful region!

Stay in a quiet campsite and especially in a super tent in the trees that is safe for children. We loved our stay.

We didn't stay for anything and had to change campsites to avoid my daughter catching sunstroke. What a shame.

We received a very bad reception at the La Serre campsite, it was 40 degrees on the day we arrived with my 3 and a half year old daughter. We arrived at the time indicated on our booking (2pm) but discovered that the reception didn't open until 3pm. So we had to pay for a drink at the campsite bar, which didn't even offer us a refreshment to make up for the mistake. Then we were offered a pitch for a camper van in full sunlight, on the pretext that we'd booked late. I was outraged by the receptionist's behavior.

We appreciated the natural setting, cleanliness and comfort. The pitches were large and offered privacy. Space was well organized within the tent.

A washing machine was missing, and the pool was a bit small. Improve staff organization and management, especially for evening events.

Beautiful campground, with large sites and plenty of shade. Friendly owner. Nice and clean plumbing.

Electricity was very far from the place.
