We understand that the Wi-Fi fee may have come as a surprise to you, but we’d like to clarify a few points. Our Wi-Fi is indeed available for €2 per day per device, but we also offer a “family” package for the duration of your stay, which... allows you to connect multiple devices at a more affordable rate.
Wi-Fi is intentionally a paid service at our campground. Because we’re located in the heart of a natural setting, cell service coverage is limited. Our Wi-Fi connection therefore relies on infrastructure that we must fund, and its capacity remains limited. Offering this service on an à la carte basis allows us, in particular, to prevent overuse of the network and to best preserve its stability for those who truly need it.
Since you arrived after the front desk had closed, we paused service in the restaurant so we could welcome you and explain the various services available. We apologize if the explanations provided were not clear enough.
We do, however, take your comment to heart and will make sure to communicate more clearly in advance about the various Wi-Fi options available, so that everyone can review them before their arrival.
Despite this disappointment, we hope we helped make your stay enjoyable (which you extended), and we thank you for your feedback, which also helps us improve the information we provide to our guests. We’re sorry that the cell phone reception and Wi-Fi stability caused some inconvenience during your stay. Our campground is located in the heart of a stunning natural setting, right next to the nature park, and this location unfortunately means that cell service... is less reliable than in more urban areas.
It is also this unspoiled, peaceful setting—so close to nature—that we wish to preserve. It’s difficult to enjoy such a natural environment while also having optimal network coverage.
Regarding the Wi-Fi, we’ll certainly take your comment into account and will continue to monitor its stability in order to improve this service.

We stayed with our campervan, so it was great that the village was within walking or cycling distance. I didn’t find all of these pitches particularly attractive, which took away a little from the overall atmosphere.Camping with beautiful little riverThat said, the friendly and excellent service, combined with the delicious food, was definitely a highlight!
