The sanitary facilities are very small and cramped. The pitches are very small although we had booked an xl pitch. There were far too few washing machines and dryers for such a large campsite. This was our first time at the campsite. The cleanliness of the sanitary facilities should be emphasized. There is also everything you need for a vacation here, from relaxation to sports activities and entertainment.

What could perhaps be improved. There are no sanitary facilities directly by the pool. And perhaps it should be considered, if the rented space is free, not to let the arrivals stand in the blazing sun without electricity etc. until 3 pm, but to let them drive in. If you haven't reserved a pitch, you can get in before 3 pm. This is hardly bearable in the hot summer months, especially for families.

Nevertheless, as has been the case for more than 15 years, we are still drawn to the beautiful beach and the sea twice a year, thrilled by people like Paolo and his ice cream van, Carla in the beach bar and by the magnificent work of all the cleaning ladies (and cleaners) who clean up the mess of those for whom camping is just a huge party with a toothbrush every day. By the way, the renovation of wash house 3 and 6 has been a success. And it's great that you've also thought of the slightly older children with the basketball court on the beach.

Because if they were, - I would not have to make my reservation on 11.12.2023 at 9 a.m. with 2 computers in parallel for security reasons, just to decide within 10 seconds on one of the few remaining free pitches and to be able to enter the credit card details without a system crash - my 550 euro reservation deposit would be worth the money after 8 months (keyword interest vs. 20 euro processing fee) - the link in the e-mail for electronic check-in would also work and not lead nowhere - I wouldn't have to be spoken to unkindly at reception because I arrive in the evening before check-in due to the traffic and then have to look for a waiting place somewhere on the street with my caravan just because Marina doesn't open its waiting area and admission is only allowed from 3 pm (those who don't make a reservation have a clear advantage, at least when waiting) - the WLAN would at least work so that you could check in on site without having to open a technical support case in the information office - not even the smallest groundsman would behave as if he owned the campsite (the self-appointed holidaymaker "block wardens" who keep a 50cm distance from my (!!) pitch are enough for me) - if the site wardens not only took care of the details when setting up the campsite, but also showed more consideration for other holidaymakers (noisy gatherings until well after 11:30 pm, bar tables for the noisy annual get-togethers (hiss-clack), chain smokers, loud air conditioning units, open fires in the barbecue, etc.) - if I didn't have the feeling that the price of gas has fallen so low in Italy because I can now burn myself in the shower without any problems (I'm already predicting the new pitch prices for next year) - would you rather add the long outdated lunch break to the cool night's rest so that you can sleep longer than 7 hours? - the gardeners and technicians would not mow the lawn or clean the pool area with a high-pressure cleaner from 07:30 (and finally buy a new mobile lawnmower that the gardener can use without hearing protection) - the entertainment team wouldn't turn up the music so loud and shout until their voices cracked - people wouldn't have to shout at each other in the evening during the stage show in the ice cream parlor opposite in order to have a conversation - the motto for the entertainment would be "less is more" rather than "another underground quiz show" (regardless of whether it is raining or "DJ on the beach" is already playing on the beach, there is entertainment at all costs) - we wouldn't have to destroy what little relaxation we had on the day of departure, because everything has to be ready to go in about 3 hours, just to leave the campsite by 11 a.m. at the latest - if Marina hadn't opened Pandora's box with "Bella Italia" and brought the Ballermann to Punta Sabbioni (hiss-clack, hiss-clack, hiss-clack, no matter where you are) - I wouldn't feel like I had to go on vacation after my "vacation" because I would be completely overtired and drugged up (not to mention the heat, but that's why we come to Italy).

The booking of the pitch in December is catastrophic. The wash house no. 10 on Marina 2000 does not correspond to a 5 star campsite. Camping 2nd choice! Too bad that the stage was taken away from the children for the disco. It was much easier to keep an eye on the children because it was nicely raised. Too bad that not much is offered for the teenagers. For example, like the karaoke bar used to be.
