I was assured of this, but it was not available either in the morning or in the early evening. The cell phone connection was also anything but good. Dogs are allowed on the site but should be kept on a lead. Some campers don't respect this rule and let their pooches run around freely because nobody on the site cares. This is much better at other campsites that only allow certain areas for dog owners.
Some ladies (not all) at reception should be trained in customer friendliness.
The restaurant on the site is an imposition.

One small criticism.
I would like to see frosted glass film on the shower windows.
I constantly had to keep an eye on the window to make sure nobody was holding their "camera" out of curiosity. The windows are not that high up and can be done quickly with a selfie stick.
I enjoyed using this WC easyclean cleaning station and was pleased that you have it. I also love the proximity to the dyke and the fact that the dogs are allowed on the dyke and in the mudflats. Personally, I'm also glad that dogs have to be kept on a lead at the campsite/beach/dike/wadden/town. Free-roaming dogs usually mean arguments among themselves, which you can avoid. Since you offer a free-range area, which is very nicely designed with the agility elements, every owner and dog can decide for themselves which dogs their own dog is allowed/can have contact with.
Shopping, bread rolls can even be ordered online at the campsite, cute little towns to visit, Greetsiel for a stroll with good ice cream and lots of different restaurants is also worth at least one trip. When the dyke is fully passable again, as the construction site near Pilsum is finished, the path along the dyke will certainly be a great route with lots of possibilities. It was really nice staying with you! We are happy to recommend you!

We spent two nights with our motorhome on your site, including our little dog, and had a very pleasant time. The sanitary facilities and infrastructure were simply perfect.
Unfortunately, after our online booking, we were given a comfort pitch that did not fully... live up to its name. The actual awning area was super stony, in order to be able to sit reasonably comfortably in the lawn area, we had to park our motorhome quite on the edge of the pitch area and could therefore only use the large space to a limited extent. We were not given any corresponding information about an alternative pitch.
It should also be noted that the water drainage at the tapping point seemed to be unsatisfactorily cleaned and therefore the waste water drained badly. We were unable to verify whether this small shortcoming was rectified after we informed reception as we had left in the meantime.
Despite these certainly small imponderables, this campsite can be recommended without reservation because otherwise there was nothing to complain about in our opinion.
