Very friendly... staff throughout the campsite. Unfortunately, one shower and wash house is closed for a whole hour at lunchtime for cleaning. It would be nicer if individual toilets remained accessible during cleaning. It is also a shame that the sanitary facilities, the scullery and the washing machine room can only be accessed with a chip card. As a suggestion, I would find it nicer if the toilets and the scullery, i.e. rooms that can be used free of charge, could also be accessed without the chip card or, alternatively, if the campsite fees were set a little higher so that all rooms except the one with the washing machine and tumble dryer could be used free of charge without a chip card.
Conclusion: A very, very nice, quiet site with great staff, nice playgrounds, restaurants and water sports facilities. Es war alles sehr gepflegt. Das Sanitärhäuschen war direkt gegenüber. Da es komplett neu gemacht wurde ist es super ausgerüstet (Mit Wäscheraum, Küchenraum) Punktabzug gibt es allerdings das die Duschen zu schnell... überfluten und der Boden mittig keinen zusätzlichen Ablauf hat um dies zu verhindern. Kleines Manko (wurde schon gemeldet) das die Handbrause in der Dusche sehr locker ist. Da dieses Jahr eine extreme Mückenplage war, konnten wir uns erst nach der Reinigung richtig waschen. Es wurde aber ganz schnell dagegen angegangen um die Plage zu beseitigen. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr sauber. Wir konnten uns richtig ausspannen. In dem Bereich waren auch viele Kotbeutelspender Richtung Hundewiese. Es hat uns so gut gefallen das wir 1 Woche später mit neu gekauftem WoWa nochmal angereist sind. This makes the site look like a deserted village. Plague of mosquitoes in July 2025, which is not the site's fault. However, the fly remains can still be seen everywhere days later. No cleaning of the showers and toilets during the lunch break. Forced closure of toilets and showers between 1pm and 2pm. Unfortunately no cleaning during this time. Showers brand new. Unfortunately, the craftsman has tiled so well that the shower water runs through the entire bathroom (the shortage of skilled workers has visibly arrived). The kitchen offers no cleaning products or cooking utensils for cyclists.Frisian tartThe Danish airports could take a leaf out of their book when it comes to service and comfort with similar charges.
As requested, we did not put any foil under the tent pitch. In return, however, we would have liked the pitch to be mowed before we arrived. This could have been planned through the booking.
The neighbor's crazy rooster has to be mentioned. He starts crowing at 4am. Over 80 times until 6 am. The pot was just great. We felt very comfortable. As a tip, a mosquito net in front of the small windows would be great. The sanitary blocks were very clean. And the surroundings were great. The only drawback was that the bistro was closed from Mon to Wed, which made it difficult to eat. And the mini market was also closed.
