Great, well-maintained campground
A very clean and well-organized campground. With its location right on the sea, its proximity to Split, and the excellent restaurant, it had everything we could have wanted. We felt very comfortable there.

Short walk to the pool and beach. I used the sauna (incl.) used it once. Very nice new furnishings. Very clean and spacious sanitary facilities. Everything necessary was on site. Small well-stocked market.

It is a campsite close to the city. You can hear street noise to a tolerable level.
We have experienced a lot!
We stayed here as a middle-aged couple in the low season. The location close to the city allowed us to make frequent trips into the city and the surrounding area. We had a motorcycle with us in addition to our camper.
Bus connections to the city are also available directly at the campsite.
We felt very comfortable and would love to come back.

Restaurant, store, different, large pitches, everything is available. The location by the sea is certainly a big advantage, beautiful beach, pool also available.

Rather a bit noisy! Located directly on a road and moped drivers are sometimes very fast and loud at night. Garbage collection at 7.30 in the morning.
Beautiful camping by the sea
We spent one night at this campsite when we were passing through. It is very positive that there is a bus to the city of Split directly in front of the campsite. So you don't have to drive around with the motorhomes. Especially the pitches near the reception are very noisy. Nevertheless, I would recommend this campsite.

Nice beautiful campsite .definitely recommended .Had booked together with friends and had asked to stand together.This was not the case but fortunately after a few days they made the effort to do so .so for us camping where we will definitely go back

After 40 years, my husband and I (both 67) started camping again - with no preparation and no recent experience. We were all the more positively surprised by Camping Stobreč Split! The reservation and reception team gave us friendly, patient and competent advice. The site itself is very well maintained, park-like, with spacious pitches. The sanitary facilities are clean and modern. The beach area is excellent Entertainment, fitness and wellness program. Large dog beach with several dog showers The restaurant is nice and the supermarket is very well stocked. Conclusion: A campsite that sets standards. A clear recommendation!

The reservation team (Sanja & Ines) gave us friendly, patient and competent advice. At the reception we were warmly welcomed... by Magdalena, Franziska and a very dedicated colleague. We would particularly like to highlight Magdalena, who even personally organized and connected a water hose for us - that's service like you rarely experience!

The site itself is very well maintained, park-like, with spacious pitches. The sanitary facilities are clean, modern and even offer outdoor showers and toilets. Everything looks well thought out and is cleaned regularly.

The beach area is also excellent: clean, spacious, with showers, sunshades and changing cabins. There is a free entertainment, fitness and wellness program.

Dog owners will be delighted: a large dog beach, several dog showers and even a dog washing area - perfect!

The restaurant is beautifully located and well run, the supermarket is very well stocked.

Conclusion: A campsite that sets standards - warm, well-kept, well thought out. Thanks to Stobreč, we have become campers again out of conviction.
A clear recommendation - we'll be back!

Most of the pitches are shaded by old trees. There are lots of shrubs, hedges and beautiful plants throughout the site. The staff look after the green areas. The sanitary facilities are very well maintained by the staff.

The stay was very nice. The weather, water, beach and pitch were great.
The campsite is beautifully situated just outside Split. The old town can be reached by bus in about 15 minutes. The bus ticket costs only two euros - one way. The staff at reception are very happy to help with questions about bus connections, parking and activities around the campsite. We were greeted... very warmly by the staff on arrival and were able to check out without any problems on departure.
There are various beach areas, a fenced-off dog area, one for water volleyball and one for swimming. The waiters/waitresses in the restaurant are all very friendly. The food is good.
We camped there with a tent. We had a very large and shady pitch. We liked it very much.

We were immediately impressed by this place, great vegetation and very clean. Our dog especially liked the separate dog beach. We will definitely come back to this campsite again.

Best place in the region for us
We have already been to the site three times. Always had a good and large pitch with the ACSI card. At €27 per day, it's an absolutely fair price. In the surrounding area you can go on great hikes in the mountains with fantastic views. The service staff were always friendly and helpful.

We were here early enough to get a pitch. In the evening, there were a few motorhomes parked at the campsite reception, which was certainly not nice. The pitches themselves are spacious and equipped with electricity and water. There are several sanitary buildings on the site to keep the distances short... for everyone. There is a pool (why actually?), several restaurants in and around the campsite, a small store, a bakery nearby and Split is also worth a visit. The beach is more for the little ones. After about 50 m, the water might reach an adult's waist. We felt very comfortable here. We paid the prices quoted for a mobile home including 2 people per night during our visit. And remember, motorhome drivers say hello to each other.

It was not our first time in Stobrec, we liked it again very much, everything was very well maintained, great location of the campsite!

A small suggestion for improvement: there is a relatively easy way to cycle from Stobrec to the old town of Split, about 10km, hilly, on side roads or cycle paths along the sea, unfortunately there are no markings or signs for cycle paths at all, which would make things much easier!

Unfortunately the beach is not nice as the water is murky. The pitches at the front of the beach are not recommended as the whole campsite goes past you. The nearby main road makes a lot of noise! The one-way street at the campsite is not clearly recognizable which can lead to almost unsolvable problems... on arrival and departure. No signposted pitches for arriving campers, which is unpleasant on some days, especially for trailer drivers, including narrow paths to the pitch. In my opinion, if you want to camp in Split, this is a great place, but if you are looking for beautiful water and peace and quiet, this is not necessarily the right place.

Beautiful beach, Split quite close, lots of side attractions
When we arrived, it was quite a challenge to drive through the entrance with our camper van as everything was parked up.
The way to our pitch 224 A+ was quite difficult, as the paths were quite narrow (one-way street, which is a good thing...) and the junctions were almost impossible to negotiate with... a 7.50 m long camper van without getting stuck.

The pitch itself was very large and surrounded by greenery. The grass was quite high, but was mowed immediately.

The view of the finely gritted beach corresponded to what we had seen on the Internet in advance - great!

On the first evening we wanted to visit the restaurant at 7pm, but were sent away again with the words: closed company. On the third evening we tried our luck again on the actually very nice terrace, but then had to take a seat inside to get food.
On the penultimate evening, we were then sent away again at 7.45 pm with the words: closed company.

Every night from 10 pm onwards, motorcycles raced each other on the adjacent street, often lasting until 2 am....Sleeping was sometimes a matter of luck.

There are no cycle paths here!

All in all, the place is fine for 3-4 days. We would not recommend it for a longer stay.

Split is easily and quickly accessible. Sani are clean and modern. The food in the restaurant is good and cheap.

Very loud from the road passing by. Idiots on motorcycles with roaring engines until late at night. If you like vacations at the bus station, book the SP at the sports field grandstand. There is a parking lot for buses with a washing station. Engine noise and exhaust fumes until late at night. The water on the CP's own beach is shallow and dirty.
A vacation at the bus station?
The campsite is clean and well maintained. The proximity for visits to the old town of Split is very good. The bus stop is in front of the campsite.
The pitch prices are still acceptable.

Noisy due to the nearby road, even at night due to motorcyclists. Bay water not clear and bottom muddy. Very noisy on Pentecost weekend due to the soccer stadium right next door where a tournament was taking place from morning to evening.
Campsite near Split
At the campsite was the dirtiest water we have ever seen in Croatia. The ground was very muddy and not clear. Pitches quite large and equipped with water and sewage, partly shaded by trees. A soccer stadium next door. There was a tournament over Whitsun. Fierce. From early in the morning to late in the... evening there was roaring, shouting, drumming, whistling and all the other things you do at a tournament. The nearby main road was very noisy at night with motorcycles. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Cocktail bar closed at 19:00. Restaurant is ok. The pool area was very nice.

Our vacation
A wonderful campsite, with mature trees that provide good shade, which is also urgently needed in high summer. The beach is clean and beautiful, at the second small bay the water is crystal clear and you can swim straight away. Few people on the normal camping beach. The showers are spotlessly clean... and newly tiled. They are constantly cleaned. The wristwatch for the showers worked perfectly if you manage to hold it up to the scanner and press your shower cubicle number. The whole campsite was in very clean condition. The campsite restaurant can only be recommended. Everything in the indoor restaurant is brand new. The food is fresh, the value for money is absolutely fine and it also has a wonderful free view. The whole view, even from the beach, is a feast for the eyes. We also ate in surrounding restaurants and had to pay more and didn't have this gigantic view...and had to move there too. If you love pizzas, this campsite restaurant is the place for you and you will be delighted.
Of course, you can hear a bit of street noise from the road, but it is perceived as a whole. Unless a driver lets his motorcycle roar again. But otherwise it is very quiet. There is also a dog beach with a dog shower.
We can recommend it to everyone.

Everything is open. Large plots. mang goes to great lengths.
You can tell that a landscape architect has put a lot of thought into it. The stone walls that are built everywhere frame the overall picture beautifully. Beautifully laid out.
I would just like to ask everyone who goes there to please take a few tins of food for the cats with them. There are about 15 lovely, trusting cats living on the site, and of course they are always hungry. There is a small one-eyed tomcat at the front gate, always hungry of course. They are grateful for everything.
All in all, the 14 days there have passed too quickly.
