"Gepflegter Platz, man fühlt sich sehr willkommen - Der Platz befindet sich seit 2020 in den Händen der neuen sympathischen und perfekt Englisch sprechenden Betreiber, von denen man sehr freundlich empfangen wird. Wer interessiert ist, bekommt tolle Tipps für Unternehmungen in Galizien. Der Platz liegt ruhig im hügeligen Hinterland, zu den Sandstränden mit Surfer-Wellen sind es etwa 4 km, ebenso zum nächsten Ort. (ACHTUNG: Geräteabhängig zeigt die Webseite des CP die Lage falsch an - er liegt 20 km von der Stadt A Coruña mit 440.000 Einwohnern entfernt, auf halber Strecke zwischen Arteixo und Carballo!) Der Platz ist sonnig, mit kleinen Bäumen und Hecken parzelliert, hat Rasenuntergrund auf leicht abschüssigem Gelände. Man hat freie Platzwahl auf den unterschiedlich großen Parzellen. Das ganze Gelände ist schön angelegt, gepflegt und man steht nicht „dicht an dicht“. Es gibt 2 Pools. Die beiden Sanitärgebäude sind recht einfach ausgestattet, aber dafür habe ich selten so saubere Einrichtungen wie diese gesehen. In der Rezeption bekommt man einige Lebensmittel und Brot. Zusätzlich kommt täglich gegen 9:00 Uhr ein regionaler Bäckerwagen an der Straße vorbei, den man anhalten kann. In der Bar kann man frühstücken und neben Getränken werden auch Snacks angeboten. Eine professionelle Waschmaschine (inkl. Waschmittel) und ein Trockner stehen zur Verfügung. Weiterhin gibt es fünf Bungalows, die voll ausgestattet sind (einschl. Handtüchern und Bettwäsche). Uns gefällt es so gut hier, dass wir schon zum zweiten Mal für vier Wochen hier sind und wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder :-)

Profil

Small family run campsite. 61 different sized grass pitches all separated by hedges, two swimming pools overlooking the campsite, a terrace bar with beautifull views over the surrounding countryside. The campsite is near cities such as, A Coruña with its …historical landmark "Torre de Hercules" (the only Roman lighthouse in the world, still used as a lighthouse), Santiago de Compostela and its "Catedral de Santiago" destination of pilgrims from all over the Globe. The campsite is a perfect location to use as a base to visit the beautiful region of "Costa da Morte" famous for the best seafood in southern Europe, for its endless virgin beaches where you can go fishing, surfing or just sunbathe. There are many hicking routes like, the route of the lighthouses, the route of the waterfalls, the route of the dolmens, it is also ideal for bike riding along the many seaside routes and also for being the end of the World "Finisterre" the end of the Camino (Jacob´s Way).
