All in all, there is absolutely NOTHING to complain about at this campsite.

The 130 square meter sites were super spacious and there was plenty of shade. We loved that there were no dogs.NegatywneThe number of toilets could be higher. Paying cash only is out of date. We prefer a "real" swimming pool.Very nice campsiteThe reception is pleasant, but since we had already booked and provided all the details, we don't understand why we had to do it all over again when registering. We would recommend anyone with a caravan to reserve a 130 m pitch, not only because of the space, but also because of the shade available.... For guests who come for a second time or more it would be nice if it was possible to reserve a pitch number instead of the category. The sanitary facilities are fine and well taken care of, although the number of toilets (men) is a bit on the skinny side for such a large campsite. It was a relief to stay at a campground for once without the constant barking and yapping of dogs. The cycling junction system in the Murtal works reasonably well, but fortunately the junctions were also on my Osmand navigation system, which allowed me to find the right direction when in doubt, because sometimes there was no sign or the sign was rotated so the direction was not clear. The routes offered are good, but not really spectacular and sometimes you do have to cycle on roads where cars are allowed 100 km/h. One route is really worthwhile, to Obdach, but for that a good condition and/or e-bike is desirable. We did not find the swimming pond attractive due to the vegetation present in the water. The whole family is extremely friendly and helpful. However, there is one thing we do not understand for a campground with such a turnover: you can only pay in cash.... and then if you want to withdraw money at the Raiffeissenbank in Weisskirchen, you pay extra fees. We also very much... appreciate your praise for the friendliness of our team and the design of the site.
We naturally take your critical comments seriously. The sanitary capacities are constantly monitored and adjusted - however, there may be temporary waiting times if the site is particularly busy. We are aware of the issue surrounding payment by card - we are currently looking into specific options for changing this. We are also taking your comments on the choice of seats and registration on board - much of this can be solved organizationally, and we welcome the impulse to question existing processes from the guest's point of view.
The natural bathing pond is part of our near-natural concept, deliberately without chemicals or artificial filter systems. This brings with it a lot of tranquillity and biodiversity - but also nature in its true form. We understand that this does not suit everyone and thank you for your honest opinion.
Nevertheless, we hope that you were able to take some wonderful memories home with you - and thank you for your openness and your time.

We are also aware of the proximity of the waste disposal point to some pitches - we pay great attention to cleanliness and discretion, but thank you for your honest feedback and are happy to take this point into account in our future development.

We would like to give you a little feedback on the natural swimming pond: The water works according to a fully biological purification system - completely without chemicals. Especially in spring, nature works particularly intensively, which can sometimes lead to small visual irregularities on the surface. Of course, we are constantly making sure that it not only stays clean, but also looks good to the eye - we promise!

As far as the sanitary facilities are concerned, the all-in-one shower cubicles may not be to everyone's taste, but they are particularly hygienic, easy to clean and low-maintenance, which we really appreciate, especially at busy times. Nevertheless, we are already working on a new, more modern solution - because standing still is not our style. 😉
