We came to visit Rocamadour, and the campground is really in a great location and very pleasant.

Spacious, marked-off campsites; clean, convenient restrooms; a clean and more than adequate swimming pool

As for the snack bar—the grill was black from food burning—we ordered burgers; the buns were burnt, and the steak? ? Don’t expect a 100% pure beef. On the other hand, the fries were a pleasant surprise. Just to say that for a 4-star campground, we expect a snack bar of a slightly higher quality. Consider hiring a cook who follows hygiene standards, and also think about using fresh, local ingredients.

We were able to enjoy the pools at both campsites. Close to the tourist attraction. Great entertainment team. New restroom facilities. The manager was very approachable. We received a very warm welcome, and thank you for the little welcome gift for our dog.

The bar = waiting. And wine (€22 a bottle) served at at least 30 degrees!! A wine cellar might be worth considering during a heat wave!

Too much bad behavior. We had a family next to us who didn't respect anything—three small dogs running around unleashed. And a lot of noise in the evening.

We left a day early because of the heat—on Monday at 1:15 p.m. instead of Tuesday—and the front desk clerk didn’t refund us because “the manager wasn’t there.” Since then, I’ve sent two messages asking him to contact me, but I haven’t heard anything yet. Another issue: the cleanliness of the showers—there were black hairs on the beige drain grate, and while the area directly under the showerhead was clean, the sides were not. The pool closes at 7:00 p.m., which is a bit early during a heat wave.

Great location, just a short walk to all the sights of beautiful Rocamadour. Clean and modern facilities.

Later checkout time, 10am seems too early compared to most campsites. The water for washing dishes, showering was not very warm.

The young people at the food truck are quickly overwhelmed. It's going to be tough for them during the summer. Still, they're very nice.
