Everything was perfect—the pool, the activities, the mobile home was spotless, everything was clean, the location is great and just 4 km from the beach, and the staff was super friendly. I’ll definitely be back.

I experienced power outages due to a problem with the outdoor electrical panel. The campground owner asked me over the intercom to try some troubleshooting steps, which didn’t work. He didn’t want to come out, and asked me to stay there all evening without lights, air conditioning, or a fridge—even though all my food was stored in it. I suggested there might be a problem with the outdoor electrical box, but he told me that wasn’t possible. The restaurant owner and a campground guest came to help me, and they managed to fix the problem with the outdoor electrical box. Then it happened again...

Relaxing. The sea was rough and beautiful. The hospitality and interactions with the campground staff were excellent. The same goes for the service at the restaurant, and the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable.

Housekeeping... Unfortunately, the areas under the beds were filthy—I have photos—and so were the restrooms. I don't think the person in charge of inspections came by. I think the housekeeping team lacks organization at the start and needs more experienced staff. I believe management has taken note of this and is addressing the issue.

I was bothered all night by a noisy camper who also drove around the campground in his car at night. I reported it to the front desk, but nothing was done about it.

The peaceful atmosphere, the price, and the friendly staff.

Opening the reception area a little earlier for new arrivals: when you’ve driven 800 km, arrive at 2:00 p.m. because the drive went smoothly after all, and the reception opens at 3:00 p.m., waiting an hour after the drive and the heat wave is a real pain. I ended up coming alone; my wife had to stay home to take care of her sick mother. MY TOURIST TAX “COULDN’T” BE REFUNDED TO ME, and the response was that once it’s entered into the computer system, it can’t be changed! I find this unacceptable and believe it’s mainly a matter of bad faith.

Everything, but especially the cleaning of the restrooms, which is terrible.

The campground should have slightly larger sites; the car barely fits in the space. There’s only one restroom building, and it isn’t kept very clean. There’s no toilet paper. The staff at the front desk don’t speak English very well. There’s only one working washing machine. The restaurant was closed. The pool was okay.

No bar or restaurant open. No washing machine. Shower system a failure. Tried three showers before one worked. Wasting time getting undressed and dressed to move each time. Areas and hedges need maintenance. Reception closed from noon until 3pm.

Overall, it was a nice campground—a bit pricey, but peaceful, and the evening entertainment was great.

The pizzas were really lacking in toppings and expensive for the quantity and quality.
