Never again!
Poorly maintained site - the gravel pitches were interspersed with lots of broken glass, unsightly accumulations of garbage containers placed freely in the square. Sanitary facilities with the flair of a military training area from the 80s and not really clean either.

We have been coming to Italy every year since 2007. We have been to many campsites, but this one is .... not necessarily intended for long vacations! OK for a swimming vacation (perfect)! Good starting point for excursions to Urbino / San Marino...etc. Bus stop in front of the entrance. Bus stop in front... of the entrance and the reception staff were a bit stuffy. Simple place (MINUS; many long-term campers (for whom barbecues are allowed); Czech and Slovakian group > 30-40 pers very loud... Simple sanitary facilities, are a bit outdated, but clean and were never overcrowded. NO toilet paper is provided in the sanitary facilities and a wristband is obligatory. On the Fontanelle beach, there is a large, fenced-off area with sun loungers and parasols to rent for €15 per day. (Half day: from 16:00 o'clock costs 12 €). I find this totally overpriced! The staff lacks friendliness In the non-demarcated zone in front of it, sunbathers with umbrellas are unwanted! They disturb the free view of the sun lounger users! Anyone who wants to sit there with a parasol will be driven away! Campers have their own umbrellas and sunbeds or mats with them, I had the feeling that campers are not wanted in certain areas of the beach!

First row of beaches, starting at the promenade
We think the campsite is great and would go there again at any time. Reason: just across the road from the beach, the beginning of a promenade, large and adequate sanitary facilities. Supermarket in front of the campsite.

I have been frequenting Fontanelle campground for years and recommend it to everyone: great people, great place, great treatment. Overall a very quiet and friendly place, it gets crowded and full of young people and kids especially during the mid-August period, which is the one to avoid if you are looking for tranquility.

camping with many pitches but they divide them for two and then not very spacious , hygienic services many vechhi but clean security service during the day very good but poor at night , animation for families does not exist , even for children does not exist , wafi very expensive 12.00 euros per day .LO VIVELY DISCOMMEND TO THOSE WHO WANT TO RWECARE AT CAMPING FONTANELLE

Still a decent location at the southern end of Riccione. Simple pitch with basic sanitary facilities. OK in the low season, but there are roads all around, so traffic noise. From mid-September everything in the immediate vicinity closes. However, still suitable for a beach vacation, air up to 28°C water approx. 24°C. Good starting point for excursions and bike tours. The Misano racetrack is within earshot.
