Very smooth arrival procedure and clean, well-equipped mobile home.

Campsite location, tent layout

The streetlight overlooking the tent, on all night: full daylight in the middle of the night, impossible to fall asleep. The location on the edge of the tent, at a crossroads on the main road, with lots of traffic, dangerous for young children. The ridiculous size of the pitch, unheard of in France Noise due to the organization of private events Pool temperature (I can't believe they were heated)

I had a plot reserved and my family a bungalow. My van broke down and I changed the plot for an eco 4p tent paying the difference.

It cost me 1 hour to make the change over the phone. I was told that the campsite was full although the web let me book all accommodations. The campsite was quite empty. THE CARE AND CLEANLINESS very poor. Wave pool and events cancelled. Spaces for sun loungers cancelled and on the last day removing sun loungers and making it difficult to take them. My daughters had two cuts on different slides and we could not find any lifeguard in the pool, they were all drinking coffee. To top it off, they didn't indicate that they didn't have a first aid kit.

Fatal elegimos el camping x los múltiples servicios q tenía y nos encontramos q al ser lanultima semana la mayoría estaba cerrado.nos ha parecido publicidad engañosa el segundo día d estar allí pusimos una reclamación q si nos contestaron muy amables q teníamos razón pero sin más ni un detalle x el engaño ni nada d hecho nos fuimos 1 día antes de lo q habíamos pagado

Para empezar cumplir lo q ponéis en la página web horarios días d apertura etc. A pesar d ser la ultima semana anunciáis cosas q tenéis y no es cierto.esta casi todo cerrado.es q en nuestra estancia cerró un día hasta el spa

Clear communication about the end of the season: most activities cancelled due to lack of participants and no communication, many restaurants closed, pools cold and sometimes not open without any communication, mobile home damaged (wear and tear not repaired visibly). In short, we had chosen a 5* campsite and didn't really enjoy it.

The bathrooms continue to be dirty despite all our complaints through different media (reviews, complaints at reception...). No professional cleaners are hired and it is evident that the staff that is presented for this function neither knows how to clean nor has any interest.

Spacious eco tent with wooden walls inside and furniture. Additional gas stove for cool nights (which we had = 8°C in the morning).

No consideration for space allocation (family next to large group who wanted to party).

The campsite is very pleasant and well maintained. This is our second visit. There's a small water park, which makes for a very pleasant stay with the kids.

On Saturday, we were at a party at the Arena. Our nine-year-old wanted to take a photo with a participant in the show, but was refused, while other children were allowed to do so. We asked why some could do it and others couldn't. Everything was calm, but the security guard wanted to expel us from the room. This is very strange behavior on the part of the organizers. Maybe because our child is dark-skinned?!?!

We were inconvenienced by not being able to enter on the day of arrival before 16:00, when we had arrived at 13:20. However, in return, we were allowed to leave the bungalow one hour later than the cut-off time.

We are a family who go there regularly because we like this complete campsite and the mobile homes have everything you need for a few days.

The beach !! Just beautifully wild and easy access.

Check in and out times. A bit if a rip off when paying quite a bit for a bungalow. Can't check in until 4pm, so waste of a day, and have to check out way too early at 10am.
