We love being there—what we like best is the new water park, but we also love that the campground is generally very quiet. We really like that—the small new playgrounds have turned out absolutely beautiful.

There were no lifeguards on duty—you really should keep an eye out for that, especially during vacation.
Very satisfied
We really love it here—the kids are having a blast and are out and about all day. The new water park turned out amazing; my two little rascals are thrilled with it. It’s definitely worth the trip—we’ll be back soon ;)

It’s a fairly large campground, and having only one washing machine available is really not acceptable
People drive very fast on the campground. They say it’s a dog-friendly campground, but there are almost no trash cans

Family Vacation
All in all, it's a great campground—the kids especially have a blast, and when the kids are happy, so are we as parents. There's no other way to put it: we had a wonderful time there, and the staff are all friendly. It's very clean—I have no complaints.

Weekend trip with the family
Simply a great atmosphere, tranquillity in nature, restaurant, snack bar, entertainment, swimming pool, simply
everything on site. The proximity to Winterswijk, just switch off and spend time with the family. Super friendly staff, great accommodation. The site is surrounded by greenery, beautifully designed,... with everything you need. This time we had a mobile home for 6 people. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and living/dining area - everything you need for a comfortable vacation. We've been there several times with our motorhome and the pitches are also very nice and spacious.

Campsite with large water park (outside)
Large campsite near Winterswijk (nice little town with stores and great weekly market), unfortunately now dominated by bungalows. There is a restaurant, snack bar and a large water park on site - all very tidy. The sanitary facilities are simple, a little dated but very clean. We insisted on leaving the campsite at 11am, although everything was completely empty. Otherwise good service.

Booking only possible online with credit card or bank transfer. Spontaneous very bad. After several phone calls, payment possible on site. No water, cold showers Nix open, but comfort pitch with 82 euros paid for 2 nights. That is outrageous. Having been there many times before, we're done with it now

Fuse for electricity was always blown, no response from the operator. Sanitary building cold and totally filthy, pitch unlit and pitch dark. Waste disposal difficult to access and only available once on the large pitch.
Not recommended
We wouldn't come back under any circumstances. We didn't like the place and we honestly don't know what others find so great about it. The operators didn't care that we had no electricity and had to heat with our gas when it was 5 degrees outside.
We would have at least expected to get something back... in return. The sanitary buildings were freezing cold and totally filthy.
We paid 75 euros for a Comfort Plus pitch for two nights. That was totally unjustified!

Nice stay
Nice clean place. Friendly reception. The sanitary facilities are clean and adequate. The allocation of motorhome pitches seems a bit chaotic. You have to queue and be lucky that something becomes free. The reception has no overview. You can't book in advance. In the end, I booked a campsite. Everything else was too uncertain for me.

Nice large pitches with all connections. The toilets were always super clean at all times (high praise). It is a children's paradise. Even with a dog is no problem. The snack bar was OK

Very nice place
It is a very nice and quiet campsite near Winterswijk. Obelink can be reached in 10 minutes by car.
There are very nice walking and cycling paths of various lengths. The market square in Winterswijk is about half an hour's walk away.
There is play equipment for children everywhere.
In bad weather, the... children can go to a great indoor playground.
The bowling alleys are also always worth a visit.

I've been to the campsite with my family several times and will camp there again in the future.

Very nice campsite
The welcome was very friendly. The pitch was very spacious, the campsite in a very nice quiet natural location, sanitary facilities top. It was our first short camping vacation (2 days) and we really enjoyed it. We will be back.

We have often stayed here with our dogs and really enjoy every stay. The location offers something for everyone. Whether hiking, cycling or shopping, everything is possible! The staff are very friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the communal and private sanitary facilities is very good. Everything was perfect for us!

Holland has very good cycle paths, which we used despite the weather not being so good. The proximity to Obelink was the main reason for coming to Winterswijk.

I have to think about that for a long time. I can't really think of anything. Okay, it rained a lot. No one can do anything about that. Yes, one point that I noticed negatively was that I had to pay 6 euros a day for wifi, as there is no radio signal for cell phone calls.
Short trip to Holland
As the Het Winkel vacation park is close to Obelink, that was the main reason for coming to Winterswijk. We had planned a different day in our itinerary, but had to change our plans due to the bad weather on the Moselle. We called the reception and asked if we could come earlier. We were lucky and so... we were able to arrive on 27.09.24. Arrival time was 18:30. That was no problem. So we thought about booking 2 nights. We got a comfort pitch, which we could even choose. They said that if we wanted to stay longer, you could reserve this pitch for up to 3 days and decide every day whether we wanted to stay or leave. We enjoyed this service because we liked the area around Winterswijk. We will recommend the vacation park to others and will stop here again when we are in the area. The staff are all very friendly. Sanitary facilities are also very clean.

Great campsite
We were there for a weekend as a couple with our caravan, the proximity to the center was very important to us and that was great here. Although you can be in the center in a few minutes, you have peace and quiet on the site and are surrounded by nature. You can go for great walks and for children this place is a dream, there are opportunities to play everywhere, there is even an outdoor pool and a petting zoo. We will definitely be back.

This was our second time at the campsite. We always received a friendly welcome, every question was answered directly, all the staff are always approachable and super friendly. The campsite is in a totally idyllic location.
