However, we are surprised by this rating, especially since this is your fifth stay at our campground. As you know, our campground is an intimate, family-friendly destination where the atmosphere is based more on tranquility and a warm, welcoming... vibe than on a wide range of entertainment activities. As is common at many campgrounds, these activities are offered primarily in July and August.
Regarding accommodations, our units are equipped with standard-sized beds. As for household supplies, a small welcome kit was also provided for your use, designed to meet the basic needs of a short stay like yours—a weekend getaway.
We are also surprised by the rating given to the region, which is not directly related to our facility, although we naturally regret that your stay did not fully meet your expectations.
Finally, it would have been more constructive to share these comments with us directly when I asked you if everything had gone well. That would have allowed us to discuss your experience and, if possible, find a solution on the spot.
