The driveway appears to have been newly graveled; due to space constraints, it starts with a short stretch and then climbs relatively steeply—which is difficult with a 1.8-metric-ton trailer and front-wheel drive only. It might be better to use the entrance instead, after checking with the owner, since the driveway is packed down.

The campground is great—clean, everything's in top shape, the pool area is very nice, the playground for kids is really good, and it's very quiet at night.

We arrived in the afternoon for an overnight stay. We had booked this along the way and quickly received a reply saying we were welcome. The pool and restaurant looked great and well-maintained. We had a quick drink and then took a shower. The restrooms were clean and well-maintained. At 8:30 p.m., we had dinner at the restaurant; there was plenty to choose from, and we enjoyed a delicious meal. After a good night’s sleep, we left again at 7 a.m. to continue on to Spain. We highly recommend this place for a stay, even with children.

The welcome could be better. We hardly received any information when we arrived. Good to know: sandwiches are made to order (until what time can you order them?), where to put trash, the restaurant, the kids’ club, and reception hours. Just some general information would have been helpful. Instead, I had to ask other guests or, later on, the staff. So I did find out eventually, but I could have found out sooner. Other than that, it was a really great campground!

We (2 people) camped in our RV for 2 weeks in June 2026 at Camping Porte de Provence. This was our second time there; we first stayed here in September 2025. It’s a great campground with a nice pool, a good restaurant, excellent bread service, tasty takeout meals, and a very clean restroom facility that was cleaned every day. There’s also a charging station for electric cars and a service area for RVs.

It says the speed limit is 5 km/h, but sometimes it feels like a race track—and it kicks up a lot of dust!
