A very pleasant stay

At the pool level, there is no handrail near the steps to make it easier to get in and out.

The comfortable mobile home The food truck is a no-go: disgusting burgers with some kind of paste meant to imitate ground beef—it’s revolting. Guys, find another job…Or stop treating people like fools and serve good food—especially since we’re in a region full of great local products. Showcase them; you’ll benefit too because people will come back. We’ll put up with this once, but not twice—we won’t be coming back…. What a shame!

No shade for playing boules The pool isn't very well maintained

A 4-day stay, 3 visits from the maintenance crew (air conditioning leaking inside the mobile home and hot water out of order), not to mention the constant temperature fluctuations in the shower. When I pointed this out at the front desk, they replied, “Oh, that’s just bad luck—it happens.” Okay, so we all pay the same price, but some people get run-down mobile homes. Great! Of course, there was no compensation offered to make up for the inconvenience. We won’t be coming back.

Provide enough equipment for all guests! There’s only one lounge chair in a mobile home for four people... Also, add a dish rack in the kitchen.

Colette and her colleague gave us a very warm welcome upon our arrival and throughout our stay. The campground is quiet and within walking distance of the shops and restaurants in the village of Rocamadour. The mobile home was fully equipped and had air conditioning. We had a wonderful week.

The location is perfect for visiting Rocamadour and the surrounding area; the staff is welcoming, and the setting is quiet. We stayed at Les Cigales for sightseeing and didn't take advantage of the pool or the activities.

The perfect place to spend a few days exploring on foot or by bike. Grass, trees, shade. Not many people around.

Very little, if any, information at check-in. Showering was a hassle: The water heater took forever to heat up to get very hot water, and then suddenly cut off, leaving only ice-cold water.

Refunds of security deposits need to be handled more clearly and quickly to maintain trust. No Wi-Fi at the mobile home—that’s really unacceptable these days.
