A stay at a pleasant, clean campground close to nature

The trash cans are too far away, and the numerous campfires that are everywhere in the evening fill the air with smoke for everyone else

We love this campground for its warm welcome, impeccable cleanliness, and access to everything we need for a relaxing vacation. Our son really enjoys the pool and the pizzas.

We absolutely loved this campground. Small-scale entertainment, a nice pool, and fun playgrounds for our 2-year-old daughter. She also had a great time in the woods. The location was fantastic! At the top of the mountain, right in the middle of the woods! Delicious pizzas and a very friendly atmosphere! The restroom facilities were neat and clean. All in all, a fantastic campground where we’ll definitely be back.

The only downside is that some vacationers, thinking they’re alone, talk very loudly on the patios of their mobile homes—either to each other or on the phone. Children who aren’t being supervised by their parents It’s not ideal to have two 14-year-old teens next to a mobile home with four small children who are talking loudly, crying, and screaming. Perhaps consider grouping families with teens together with those with young children, if that’s manageable.

Surrounded by nature in the forest. Campground ++++. Extremely clean restrooms. Peaceful and quiet location. Very well maintained. Electric bikes for rent in perfect condition. BBQ available. Everything is perfect.

A wonderful place, surrounded by woods and a small stream. Plenty for the kids to do: a swimming pond, a pool, and the woods. A fun little entertainment team that also speaks Dutch. The restaurant was great! The bread service was great. Friendly staff. It was a lovely stay! The restrooms were very clean.

A simple, quiet family campground. The owners trust their guests, and everyone is respectful.

A cozy campground surrounded by nature, perfectly maintained, with a friendly and attentive staff and a variety of activities—everything came together to make for a great vacation.

The season had just begun, so it was relatively quiet at the campground. We thought our spot, by the stream, was nice and spacious. The restrooms were clean. It was wonderful to be able to swim in the morning from 8 to 10 without any children in the pool. The staff was very friendly!

While showering, the water would sometimes get very cold and then very hot again. This only happened when other people were using the showers or doing the dishes. We weren’t fans of the campfires that were allowed on Saturday evenings. They stink, and the smoke gets in your lungs. It’s unhealthy, harmful to nature, and outdated.

That's great—we'll be back.

Nice campground, clean restrooms, and hot water

According to the website, the store carries fresh products, but only bread (by order) and eggs. Other than that, there are no fresh products.

The campground is located in a beautiful spot, very close to Gérardmer and in the heart of the Hautes Vosges region. The campground is peaceful, and the staff gave us a very warm welcome.

The atmosphere and entertainment

As for the quality of the hospitality and the campground, we came at the start of the season to enjoy the peace and quiet while we still could, and we weren't disappointed. The activity leaders are always around, and the facilities are well-maintained and checked daily.

Maybe open a fast-food restaurant starting around Pentecost

It was quiet—no noise at night and very little during the day. It was clean. The mobile home we had was very, very nice, except for a couple of minor issues.

There were no grocery stores or restaurants there at the end of June.
