Could be improved
With some effort it could be a good campsite, but there are many elements that need improvement. Among them the space between each pitch is too small or the proportion of bathrooms.

Noisy, old and dirty sanitary facilities, hardly any shade
If you want to party, this is the place for you. Not for everyone else!
We were there with our children (8/12) in a tent. The site is in the middle of nowhere. To be precise, in the middle of partially drained etangs. This brings with it vast numbers of mosquitoes and, conversely, offers no natural protection from the strong winds in this area. The path to the beach is between... 400 and 800 m long, depending on the location of the campsite. The staff at reception are very friendly and very helpful. The pitches are laid out very carelessly in rows and parceled out by low hedges and sparse trees. I would say that at most 30% of the pitches have significant shade. The rate is somewhat higher for the rental properties. The grounds look unkempt and very dry. Dryness is not unusual in the area, but here it is very noticeable. The sanitary facilities are clearly getting on in years and do not meet a 4-star standard. Even the three new large shower cubicles don't help. The remaining cubicles are far too small, just like the toilets. I am attaching a few photos. The urinals in the outdoor area were not cleaned for four days in a row during our stay. The floor around them was. The lights are switched off at midnight. Then it's time to shower and brush your teeth in the dim light of the emergency exit lighting. The new pool area is nice but clearly overcrowded. There are hardly any free places here at any time. The slides are very nice and really varied. The three pools are very small and very dirty despite occasional cleaning. The water is full of suspended particles and extremely milky. The worst thing for us was the constant noise from the animation. From 10 am to 1 pm there is aerobics at the pool. From 3-5pm there is also a party/animation at the pool. From 8pm to midnight there is some kind of party. All these activities are accompanied by deafening noise (music and animation roaring). These are blown across the site almost unfiltered by the wind. It is almost impossible to read in peace in the tent or in front of the caravan. It is also almost impossible for children to sleep before midnight. Only on Saturdays are the entertainers free and the site is quiet. I think entertainment and parties are fine, but you have to be able to escape from them without leaving the campsite. That's not possible here. In addition, the price is significantly higher than other places in this class or of the standard offered. We won't be back!

Negative ting
Cleanliness of the pools
Swimming pool not very clean
It is also annoying that guests are required to buy new swimming trunks if they are wearing shorts, which are common throughout Europe. This old-fashioned regulation for hygienic reasons should be questioned when the water is cloudy anyway due to the large number of bathers. Furthermore, not all guests are treated equally by the bathing staff.

S.o., Fkk no longer permitted
Used to be great, no longer recommended today
Formerly a great naturist place in the middle of nature, today no nudism unfortunately, rental accommodations unimaginatively placed in a row, Idülle over, sanitary of 5 only 2 in operation, old, place seems orphaned, water interrupted at times, construction work for even more mobile homes, no longer recommended for pure campers, consequence = Fkk place both in serignan complete in June full

Large pitches. Very beautiful, spacious beach.
Negative ting
Mosquitoes, noisy in the pool area.
No more nudism from 2017
Site was taken over by Capfun in 2016 and is no longer a naturist site as of 2017. Unkempt green areas. Prices in the restaurant, especially the drinks, excessive. Noise level near the pool very high due to the construction of a new water slide. Pitches at the back of the site still quiet.

Positive ting
Very natural location in the middle of the Etang
Negative ting
Sanitary facilities outdated and lighting ends at 00h in the sanitary facilities poor accessibility
A vacation with a few upsets
Not all wash houses are open at the beginning of the high season. The wash houses are unlit from 0:00 and there is no indication of this. Waste disposal is not where it should be, you have to leave the pitch. The grass on the pitches is not mowed, so there are a lot of pests such as sand flies and mosquitoes. The investments made in recent years have gone into new bungalows and a water slide, but not into the totally outdated sanitary facilities.

Positive ting
Peace and quiet, pool area, beautiful wide beach nearby
Negative ting
Lack of shade, unmotivated staff in the restaurant area, expensive and poor internet, mosquitoes
Quiet and secluded naturist campsite on a wide beach
Quiet and secluded naturist campsite with a very nice pool area and access to a very beautiful, spacious beach 500-800m away, which should not be overcrowded even in the high season. Hardly any shade on the pitches as the vegetation is low and will probably remain so due to the ground and wind conditions. Staff in the restaurant area very unmotivated. Reception friendly but long-winded. Sanitary blocks of varying quality

Positive ting
Location, beach, swimming pools.
Negative ting
Prepayment of the entire stay when camping with no refund if you leave early, catastrophic WiFi, loud music in the bar.
Unfortunately not like it used to be since the Yelloh Village takeover
Unfortunately very neglected after Yelloh-Village took over, the once beautiful vegetation is no longer maintained. The stay as a camper must be paid for in full in advance and if you leave early, the money is gone. WLAN outrageously expensive and works very badly. Loud music from the bar. What a shame, a really beautiful place loses its charm.

Sanitary facilities are clean Pool area is relatively large and the sunbeds are new There is a very well-stocked supermarket on site
Negative ting
Mosquitoes without end Wind with extremely strong gusts Internet is not available all the time (51€ for two weeks) Restaurant
Four weeks June-July 2015 Premium pitch / caravan
The site is very sunny. Many caravan pitches with water, electricity and waste water are fully exposed to the sun. It is often very windy (75km/h) due to the sparse vegetation, tensioning straps for the awning (tent in general) are important. You have to protect yourself from the millions of mosquitoes.... We thought we could cope with them, but the bites were maddeningly itchy and then as big as an egg. The restaurant is very bad, either they forget to serve us or the waiter brings us the wrong thing. After three attempts to eat in the evening, we gave up. In the high season the gardener comes every day and mows a place around us. Instead of mowing all the pitches in one day. Our pitch was covered with ankle-high vegetation. There was no mowing here. The internet connection is expensive and always cuts out. Guests with dogs are generally not a problem. Only the droppings are sometimes left in the middle of paths. The staff don't care either. The path to the beach is a minefield, with one pile after another. One positive thing is the beach. There is a kiosk here and the beach is cleaned regularly. The holidaymakers on the campsite are all nice and friendly. The swimming pool and sanitary facilities are clean and are currently being renovated. There are new sun loungers at the pool, which are provided free of charge.

Positive ting
Quiet and clean
Negative ting
Internet inadequate
Wonderfully quiet
There is little to criticize about the place. The aforementioned mosquito problem is negligible; these are often much more concentrated throughout the south of France. The sanitary facilities were always clean, some of the pitches could offer a little more space or shade, but that's in the eye of the... beholder. The tranquillity of the location is brilliant. Unfortunately, the walk to the beach is a bit long, but can be reached by bike in a few moments. The internet is a disaster, even with an apparently good network it crashes constantly. In this day and age, a reliable network should be a matter of course and free of charge. Depending on the navigation system, the journey can be adventurous, sometimes you are directed along very narrow, horrible roads. There are plenty of shops in the surrounding villages, and very nice wineries with direct sales are within a few kilometers. We were there with 2 dogs, and there is plenty of space for the 4-legged friends to run around. The dog excrement problem exists throughout Europe, but was hardly present here. Unfortunately, some people don't know that the poop has to be collected in bags. Grande Cosse even offers bag dispensers with waste garbage cans, which is very positive. The supermarket on site had a good selection at very fair prices. We certainly weren't there for the last time.

Very nice campsite that I would visit again and again. The whole site makes a very well-kept impression and is maintained daily by the staff. The distance to the beach is approx. 400-800 meters, depending on the location. The staff are friendly and courteous. Unfortunately, although the site is very full, not all the wash houses are open in the early and late season, which was different with the previous owners.

Beautifully situated site with a superb sandy beach and several swimming pools, 1 of which is heated. Quite large, parceled out pitches. A lot of dogs with some corresponding effects. Sometimes noise nuisance at weekends (including early Sunday mornings) due to hunting parties (shooting on the neighboring site).
