A truly wonderful experience in a pleasant and relaxing setting, with accommodations that were perfect for making the most of our stay.

Honestly, we were very satisfied with our stay and didn't notice anything in particular that could be improved. Everything was well organized, and the mobile home perfectly met our expectations.

A beautiful spot with a view of the valley. A wonderfully clean pool. During our stay (late August), there was plenty of space and plenty of lounge chairs. Unfortunately, the highway is very noisy.

Unfortunately, it's the plumbing again. The hooks in the shower stalls are missing or loose, the showers are too hot, and you can't adjust the temperature yourself (a cool shower at 36 degrees would be nice). Very dark.

The surroundings are beautiful and very peaceful.

Air conditioning. Also if staying in one of your apartments perhaps and automatic booking option in the restaurant. Was mis-informed by Reception that we could book when open at 6.00pm but was told already fully booked. Luckily we had some food with us to cook.

The campground and restaurant staff are very friendly. Beautiful setting with a magnificent castle. Excellent restaurant. Nice outdoor pool. The campground is in a great location.

A relatively quiet campground. It’s a shame that vehicles are allowed to drive around at night. The biggest downside is that the shower water is scalding hot in the evening, especially with this summer’s heat. Some small evening activities and a small convenience store would be a plus 😉.

We enjoyed The location, the setting, the hospitality, the pools, the peace and quiet, the scenery, the organization, the proximity to the Allier River, and the restaurant/pub.

At the end of the day, the shower was cold, but otherwise it was hot.

All my expectations were met, and so were my friends'

Maybe just a quick note about the indoor pool—there was too much chlorine.... Other than that, no complaints—everything was perfect.

It could be a really fun campground! If they’d just put a little effort into it! Nice areas that are currently empty—what a shame…. Make use of that big space—put the swings that are currently in the corner there, and set up some games! The indoor pool is dirty, and you have to go through the outdoor area to get there…. Such a shame…. And the restrooms and showers aren’t cleaned—often there’s no toilet paper either….. What a waste

A warm welcome and a well-maintained campground

Beautiful surroundings. The campground is laid out really nicely. The pool was great and clean. Very friendly staff! Great as a stopover campground for a few days, but not for any longer than that.

Maintenance is a bit overdue everywhere

It’s still a beautifully situated campground, right in the gardens of the old castle. With a fantastic view of the small valley.

The showers would be much better with a stronger, wider stream of water. Right now, you have to stand practically right up against the wall to get any water at all.
