The bathrooms are clean and modern, with storage spaces in the shower and washroom areas; there are also electrical outlets. There are paved paths throughout the campground, barbecue areas for personal use, good Wi-Fi, and easy access to nearby restaurants, as well as to the beach and the bus stop.

Perhaps more covered seating areas would be helpful; other than that, I have few negative impressions.

The campground is very nice. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We were able to switch sites on the spot without any problems. The restrooms are also great and clean. I highly recommend it.

I also think it’s a real shame that dog owners are sent to the very far end. I find this shocking. There are so many dog owners, and yet you’re treated like a pariah. At the so-called “clothing-optional beach,” you can get drinks and ice cream, and you can even rent beach chairs.  I find this kind of treatment unbearable in this day and age.

This is my third visit to the Ostseequelle campground this year—and I’m planning another stay before the year is out. I think that says more than any single review could. What impresses me every single time is the complete sense of being taken care of. The grounds are thoughtfully designed, the staff are attentive and warm, and they always show a keen respect for guests’ privacy—a combination that shouldn’t be taken for granted and one that I appreciate anew every time I visit. The dining options on the premises are diverse and of impressive quality: the Italian restaurant, the fish and burger shop — the latter serving the incredibly delicious sweet potato fries with truffle mayo, which I highly recommend — as well as the on-site mini-market, which has been significantly improved in recent years to better cater to vegetarian needs, leave nothing to be desired. The restrooms are consistently clean and fully functional, and the communal kitchen offers ample counter space, storage, and freezer space for easy food storage and preparation during your stay. This year, for the first time, I took a look at the dog run—and here, too, I was pleasantly surprised: it’s shaded, thoughtfully designed with plenty of variety, and lovingly planned for guests’ dogs. The Wi-Fi works flawlessly. And anyone who wakes up in the morning to the sight, smell, and sound of the sea—and falls asleep to the same sounds in the evening—immediately understands why this place creates such an extraordinary vacation experience. My enthusiasm is contagious: This year, I’ve already convinced another person to visit the Ostseequelle, who in turn has already recommended it to her circle of friends. Friends have already announced they’ll be staying here in the future—inspired by my reports as well as photos and videos that are simply compelling because the campground itself is compelling. What sets the Ostseequelle apart for me, however, beyond the purely practical aspects, is its people-oriented, values-driven philosophy, which you can feel as a guest—in every interaction, in every detail. It’s a place I recommend without hesitation and to which I remain loyal myself.

A fenced-in area—especially near the street by the dog beach—would be nice. It’s also a shame that the camping barrels are no longer available for overnight stays with dogs.

This campground offers truly great amenities. The restrooms are always clean, and the facilities are in impeccable condition. They make a point of being environmentally conscious. It was a pleasure to be able to relax and unwind there. The sites are laid out very nicely, and the campground is peaceful. It was beautifully green and very well-maintained. I’d love to come back again.

Close to the Baltic Sea, the bungalow is very well-equipped, and even on the terrace, everything is there; all the staff are very friendly and helpful.

The only kiosk on site is called Fruchtquelle; unfortunately, the selection is very limited, and there’s often no fruit at all—or vegetables, for that matter. What a shame.

The restrooms were very clean. I really loved the dog run and the nearby dog beach. The grounds are very well-maintained. I highly recommend this campground and would love to come back.

The sanitary facilities are as good as new and very well maintained at all times. The pitch itself is nicely laid out and well maintained. The price-performance ratio is positive. The location almost directly by the sea creates a good atmosphere. The administrative effort is low. The staff were helpful with any questions.

The prices in the minimarket are absurdly high. A small grain roll for 1.20 EUR. An egg for two euros! Hello? The adjacent street was sometimes a bit noisy in the morning. Our pitch was right next to the fence facing the street. In high season it can get a bit crowded. We were there when there was very little going on.

The restrooms are well-maintained and clean. All sites have grass. Friendly and helpful staff. We even drank the tap water — it didn't cause any health issues.

Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi only worked well during the first week out of three. The electrical outlets are in a jumble. A long extension cord is recommended. Campers and RVs are usually only aligned toward the street which is not ideal for couples. Bread rolls are not cheap. Currently, there is a construction site on the other side of the street, which means construction noise can be heard. Sometimes loud bangs from trucks when they dump their loads and then use the tailgate as a release mechanism with a loud bang. The adjacent beach road consists of concrete slabs with expansion joints, so you can hear every vehicle driving by.

Spacious site with modern, clean restrooms. The Baltic Sea beach is just a short walk away. There’s a bus stop right next to the campground.
