Positive ting
The campground is right under a canopy of pine trees; the sun does shine through, but it’s mostly shaded and the temperatures are super pleasant. There are plenty of showers, restrooms, and sinks, and they’re spotlessly clean. The beach is pretty cute, except at low tide, when it’s 100 meters wide. This place is perfect for unwinding. Apparently, it’s also a great spot for fishing. And if you have the right spot, you don’t even need to walk through the gate to the beach to watch the sunset.
Negative ting
I can't think of anything off the top of my head.
A beautiful, shady campground
I'd go back there because it's a great place to relax.
The campground isn't very big, but in my opinion, it's good as a stopover and for checking out Laredo, Santander, and other places.

Positive ting
Part of the campsite is reserved for accompanying dogs. Shady pitches under trees. Unfortunately located by the river, not directly on the Atlantic beach
Negative ting
Hardly any satellite TV possible because of the trees, but not tragic either
Recommended campsite
Very well-kept, quiet site, even in the dog area. Very clean sanitary facilities. Coffee/restaurant good and above all reasonably priced. Huge run for dogs, especially at low tide on the beach. Riding stables nearby.
Lidl supermarket easily accessible by bike.

Positive ting
Magnificent sunsets, long walks on the beach, a small but beautiful old town, small ferry to Santonia

The hideous apartment buildings of Laredo
A beautiful sandy beach
Long walks on the beach were the order of the day here. The site is beautifully nestled in a pine forest, very quiet, with sanitary facilities that are no longer new but clean, friendly people and intoxicating sunsets. There is a small market and also a restaurant

very shady, close to the beach.
the campsite I was looking for
clean, close to the water, away from the lively part of the campsite (noise). main road access near Laredo. in short, an ideal 1 week vacation.

Small campsite, not directly by the sea. Shopping facilities, restaurant/bar available. Situated at the mouth of the Ria del Ason, wetland, nature reserve. 1km to the beach in Laredo.
