The campsite offers everything you need. The pitches are on firm ground, all paths are gravelled, there are many... central fresh water taps and all pitches have electricity (CE). A central wash house is functionally equipped and clean, but looks a bit run down. Unfortunately without soap, but there is paper. Showers are warm and spacious, but not separated by gender.
Unfortunately, the pitches are mostly small and not or only partially suitable for double-axle vehicles or large camper vans. You stand under dense deciduous trees (oaks and ash trees), whose branches and foliage can rustle very loudly in strong mistral winds. Campers should not be afraid 😉. Waiting area in front of the barrier with sufficient space for caravans and mobile homes. The nearby country road cannot be heard from the pitches.
There is a baguette service in the morning if ordered in advance. The pool is equipped with slides and loungers and appeared clean. The small bar and restaurant offers some food. There is live music on selected days.
Some rental cabins and mobile homes are available. There is a large playground at the entrance. The site has little landscaping due to the dense tree population. Barrier times are okay for transit travelers (07:30-22:00 h).
Grignan with its beautiful old town, the city castle and some restaurants is within walking distance and can be reached by bike in just 5 minutes. Tuesday is market day there.
The entire complex is functional and well-equipped, even if it is a bit disorganized and somewhat cramped. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay there and made great trips by bike and car in the surrounding area.
