The children were very happy. The playground is well equipped for all ages of children. The sunbathing lawn is great, the lake was nice and clean and the sanitary facilities were tiptop. The pitches were laid out with gravel so that you could get out... of the caravan with dry feet.
The restaurant was good and offered many dishes, but the price-performance ratio was too high for our requirements. There are well-kept sanitary facilities, everything is tip top. The staff (in the restaurant and the cleaners) are all very friendly.NeigiamiThe place was simply overcrowded, the main thing was to keep the money rolling in. Night's rest is not observed.Hands off - nice place but completely overcrowded and night rest does not matterActually a really nice place, but in the main season the tent meadow was totally full. The night's rest was far exceeded on some evenings/nights. The emergency number of the campsite was not available for us, our complaint about the disturbance at night was not accepted, on the contrary, we were told... that in the high season it is full on a tent meadow and if we wanted to have it quieter we should just come in the spring. We were also told that we were free to leave at any time, in which case we would have gotten our money back for those nights. A real shame, this is not customer-friendly and we would have expected at least an apology from the campsite operators. Even the pegs we bought on site had bent in the ground. But maybe that was because we were still newbies.Vacation July 2025We were given an emergency pitch at short notice without a reservation and then a very nice pitch on the grounds. Many thanks for that. The staff were very friendly throughout the site and the service was great. The sanitary facilities were cleaned regularly.
In addition to the delicious food in the... restaurant, the vending machine was well stocked with food and supplies.
A great starting point for many cycling tours around Lake Constance!

Very nice are the many little things that make the stay pleasant, such as watering cans to borrow, trolleys, slide cars for children and large sinks.
The sanitary facilities were clean at all times, the only drawback for... me was that there was no hand shower in the shower. If you have long hair, you need a lot of water and time to rinse it out.

Night's rest is not observed (nobody cares) Small pitches. Every square centimeter of the campsite is used and crammed with tents. Tent meadow is more of a party meadow. Sanitary facilities too small for the number of people. Site far too expensive for what it offers.Space is an imposition! Especially with a tentWere here over Whitsun. The site was completely packed. The tent meadow is an absolute imposition. Tents are close together, there is hardly a blade of grass between the tents. Night's rest is not respected and nobody cares. Tent pitches cost just as much as a pitch for a camper because you have to pay... extra for your own car. Absolute cheek and greedy for money. Even campers are squeezed into the entrance area or between permanent campers who are not there. The sanitary block is cleaned every hour and was therefore relatively clean but too small for the number of people. We imagined our vacation here to be different.

The entire site was extremely clean and very well maintained. The modern and brand-new sanitary facilities deserve a special mention - you really feel at home here. A great extra was the possibility to charge the electric car for free - a real plus!... Unfortunately, there is currently only one charging station available, so you have to rely on the fairness of other guests to release the charging point after use. In the future, several charging points, including the usual payment option, would be highly desirable. It was quiet at night, liked the playground. Train station within 2 min walking distance, every half hour and free with the guest card.

Thanks to the Bodenseecard West and the nearby Hegau public transport stop, there are many opportunities to visit the surrounding area quickly.
