The private bathroom was also particularly nice. We only had 1 day less this year, but the official sanitary facilities are also very modern and clean. Simone is a perfect hostess, you didn't really express your wishes and everything was fulfilled! We can't say any more praise now, otherwise our next reservation will be jeopardized as too many people want to book this great resort! Very nice location, surrounded by apple orchards, fruit growers can be heard at their daily work, but not disturbing,... quiet at night.
Dogs are welcome. Veterinary clinic Tscherns nearby, very competent.
Good infrastructure!
Bus stop nearby, cycling, hiking, stroll through Lana, many small stores, nice cafés and restaurants, good shopping facilities partly within walking distance.
Beautiful excursion destinations nearby Merano, Bolzano and Lake Kaltern and others.
We felt very comfortable and would love to come back.

We are not on the run, but with a little more attention from the service staff there would have been more in it and the "tip" would also have been more generous.
