It's about a 10-minute walk to the subway, which takes you quickly into the city. This also made evening trips to the Prater possible. Otherwise, very nice staff and delicious bread rolls. The shower was unlimited and included in the price.
Unfortunately,... the pitches are sometimes very narrow, which is particularly noticeable with larger motorhomes. But this is clearly stated on the website. In addition, the sanitary facilities are a bit outdated and unfortunately were not always clean, but this is certainly also dependent on the guests. You also have to be prepared for the fact that cars can always be heard, even at night, due to the proximity to the road.Automatiškai išversta.

THE STRUCTURE IS VERY BEAUTIFUL AND COMFORTABLE BUT THE LIGHT IN THE PATHWAYS ONLY CAME ON FRIDAY EVENING, THE BATHROOMS AND SHOWERS WERE UNHEATED AND IN THE FIRST DAYS OF APRIL THE OUTSIDE TEMPERATURES WERE CERTAINLY NOT MILD. TO THE REQUEST FOR CLARIFICATION THE ANSWER WAS "SHRUGGING THE SHOULDERS". I HOPE THAT THE CRITICISM IS TAKEN TO IMPROVE THOSE SMALL THINGS TO IMPROVE THE STAY OF THE GUESTS, A SMALL EFFORT IS NEEDED. At first we were a bit disappointed with the site (too close to the highway), but then we were positive about the connection to the city center and shopping. The Prater can be reached in 15 minutes, the city center in 30 minutes and... Schönbrunn in 45 minutes (all by bike). Exploring Vienna by bike is simply indescribable. Unfortunately the weather was again so warm that we returned to the campsite early. Despite all in all a good place with possibilities to eat, go out to eat in the immediate vicinity otherwise everything is easy to reach. We would love to come back. I had free choice of pitch and it was nice and big for my VW bus.
As I was in Vienna during the day, I can't say much about the site during the day. The café is open from 8:00 in the morning with delicious coffee and bread rolls for sale. In the evening... there is also hot food for those who are a little hungry. I thought that was good.
I was there by car and motorcycle, which was of course great for getting to the city and surrounding area.

The front wash house was clean, but the back one was a disaster. One stop and you are already at the subway and can travel into the city center. The trains run very often. I can only recommend this campsite.NeigiamiOne disadvantage, but for me that is also the only drawback. The bus only runs every half hour during the week and every 15 minutes at weekends from 8.00 am.City trip to ViennaWe spent three nights there because we wanted to explore Vienna, and you can choose your room before you check in. Afterwards you check in at reception. The employee was very friendly and marked the subway lines on the map that we should take for certain places. WC and showers clean. Small gimmick: the fittings in the shower are installed the wrong way round. Not a problem for us.

We paid €186 for 3 adults and 2 children, 4 nights, caravan with electricity in the low season at the beginning of September.

At the campsite you can hear 24 hours a day the noise of especially the highways nearby. From the campsite it is easy to visit Vienna (by public transport or by bike). Along the Danube you can cycle well. Hikers are better off in the area east of the campground... (Lobau). This is threatened by the extension of the highway around Vienna.
We found the campground expensive, in low season for a tent and two persons almost € 35, - per night.

Although there is very little going on, small tents, for example, are set up in such a way that they block two pitches, but there are also camper vans just standing around and blocking good pitches.... Why is this not checked? The sanitary facilities are not properly cleaned this year, even though there are few campers here.
