I refer to the 2014 rating: the site still exists. The sanitary facilities are end-of-life (the only shower in the men's area is broken, as is the urinal), the immediate vicinity of the site is unattractive, and the site itself is characterized by a number of corrugated iron permanent campers. There... is a nice tent meadow with bench-table combinations. Friendly reception, who are very happy that you have found your way to them. At least it's close to town and there are some nice walks from the Ferrycroft Visitor Center (within walking distance, nice cafe). Lairg has its own brittle charm as a former transportation hub to the Highlands.

central, small but nice .
small camper site
family-run campsite dry and beautiful, unfortunately the intention is to give up the campsite in the foreseeable future for reasons of age. Zt- open. good service. were there with a group. market not far away.
