On the shore of a gorgeous blue lake. Top-quality mobile home. The staff was lovely, kind, and always smiling. The restaurant was great, too. We'll be back!

Shower water problem: either freezing cold or scalding hot

Peaceful, very pleasant surroundings; the on-site water activities are fun but quite expensive—especially the pedal boats. There are outstanding locations for sports activities at all skill levels.

Efforts needed to improve the appearance of the sites and maintain overall cleanliness: "The ground looks like a minefield, and a high-voltage power cable is lying less than 2 meters above the ground..."

The peace and quiet (at first), the lake, a great restaurant, and friendly staff at the front desk and in the restaurant; the activity leaders—meh—forced "hello"s

Provide enough showers and restrooms and set aside separate areas for the groups so they don't have to put up with disturbances from others

I arrived alone with my three children, and as soon as we got there, I was greeted with incredible warmth by the entire Lac Bleu team: the director, the assistant director, the receptionists, the activity leaders, and the restaurant staff.We immediately felt right at home at this friendly, family-oriented campground—exactly like the ones that shaped my childhood. Barely two hours after settling in, my children and I had already met some wonderful people, and we spent our entire stay with these new friends. The activity leaders were absolutely lovely.

Just put some benches near the children's play area.

We had a lovely little camping trip. The campground is well-maintained and on a human scale. Great atmosphere. Our kids had a blast between the pool, the lake, and the bouncy castle!

The cleanliness of the fridge!! A fridge was delivered to our campsite, and we had to clean it thoroughly before using it because it was really dirty.

A wonderful stay. We stayed in a mobile home not far from the pool, the beach, and the "hub" (restaurant, entertainment)... This is our fifth trip here, and we’re spending a week with our grandchildren, who are also very excited...

The constant noise from the "wastewater treatment" system located near our site... This system could be covered and protected with a more aesthetically pleasing enclosure...

We had a pleasant stay thanks to the nice weather; it was a quiet place with plenty of activities for two teens and two children.

A relaxing stay, a pleasant setting, fun activities, good food, and a welcome city stadium.

Everything went very well, but there were a few shortcomings with the restrooms.

Bathroom facilities need to be updated

The campground is peaceful on the shores of this beautiful lake; the restaurant, the activities, the entertainment, and the entire campground staff are truly wonderful! Thanks to Maé, who was so sweet to our daughters—they already miss her! The manager, Alexandre, is very hands-on with his teams, which shows great team spirit, cohesion, and a good rapport among everyone. The show was fantastic—congratulations on a job well done. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

The pool and the water slides at the lake, which go fast and have shallow water at the bottom.
