"My review - Three families (six adults and six children, aged 6-16) went here with our own tents. We got the tent sites (pitches) next to each other. The pitches are sufficiently spacious. The sanitary facilities are clean. The staff is nice and friendly. The beach is sandy, the water does not deepen suddenly, but it cannot be called shallow either. The entire campsite, including the beach, is quiet and clean. We will surely come back! Három család (hat felnőtt és hat gyermek, 6-16 éves) saját sátrainkkal jártunk itt. A sátorhelyeket egymás mellet kaptuk. A sátorhelyek megfelelően tágasak. A szaniter létesítmények tiszták. A személyzet kedves és barátságos. A tengerpart homokos, a víz nem hirtelen mélyülő de nem is mondhatni sekélynek. A teljes táborhely, beleértve a partot is, csendes és tiszta. Bizonyára visszajövünk!

"Zum Wohlfühlen - Freundlicher Empfang, schöne unterschiedliche Stellplätze, angenehme und ruhige (September) Atmosphäre. Restaurant Gut, Leider wenig Möglichkeiten von anderen Restaurants in der Umgebung. Sanitäranlagen in Ordnung. Super Strand leider sehr viele Und große Wellen, jedoch kann man auf den Nachbarstrand in Kalamitsi bzw an einen außergewöhnlichen schönen FKK Strand ausweichen. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert

"Camping wie früher mit tollem Strand am rauschenden Meer - ----------- PLATZ ----------- Internationales Puplikum ( mit ca. 2/3 Anteil Osteuropaer) Auch bei vielen Griechen beliebter Platz. Mit Englisch kann man sich gut verständigen. Das friedliche Miteinander und die sprichwörtliche Hilfsbereitschaft untereinander ist faszinierend, was in Sachen Völkerverständigung Vieles in ein positives Licht rückt. Die Parzellen sind je nach Buchung ausreichend gross. Jeder hat soviel Platz, wie eben der Aufbau benötigt. Der Platz an sich ist ordentlich und wird regelmässig gesäubert. Wer einen perfekten 5* Platz erwartet wird enttäuscht sein. Es wird alles in Schuss gehalten und repariert, aber nicht in der Perfektion wie es im Buche steht, sondern eher pragmatisch und funktionell. An der ein oder anderen Gefahrenstelle darf man sich nicht stören v.a. auch was die Elektroinstallation angeht. Z.B. werden den Campern vom Betreiber Kühlschränke im Aussenbereich gegen Bezahlung auf den Platz gestellt. ---------------------------- STRAND / MEER ---------------------------- Strand ist sehr breit mit feinem Kies. Türkisfarbenes warmes Wasser (Aug 26-28C) Es kann aber auch 3-4 Tage 0,5 - 2 m hohe Wellen geben. Dies schränkt die Badetätigkeit und Wassersportmöglichkeiten ein. Bietet andererseits aber auch ein schönes Naturschauspiel. Wellensurfer kommen dann auf den Geschmack. Zu empfehlen ist dann auch der nördlich gelegene Nachbarstrand im nächsten Ort, der auch fußläufig erreichbar ist. ------------------------------- SERVICEGEBÄUDE ------------------------------ Sanitärgebäude sind gefliest und werden mehrmals täglich gereinigt. Es ist halt immer so sauber, wie es der Letzte es hinterlässt. Verstopfungen etc gab es nicht. Ab und zu kommt ein etwas modriger Geruch aus einem Gullideckel. Viele der Servicegebäude haben ca. 4-6 geschlechtergetrennte Toiletten u. Duschen. Es gibt auch während der Stosszeiten warmes Wasser, wenngleich der Wasserdruck auch schwankt und die Temperatur nicht immer leicht auszuregeln ist. Liegt an den Armaturen, die erst bei einem bestimmten Druck von Wasserauslass auf Duschen umschalten. Im Spülenbereich stehen alte aber funktionierende Kühlschränke deri Allgemeinheit zur Verfügung. Der hygienische Standard entspricht dem der Nutzer, was sie dort lagern od. auch vergessen. Spülbecken sind aus Edelstahl und schon gut gebraucht und ermattet. Gleiches gilt für die Wäschewaschbecken. Es gibt auch Toplader Waschmaschinen mit stehender Rundtrommel, wie im angloamerikanischen Ländern üblich. Wäscht das gröbste für eine schnelle Wäsche raus. Einfurtf 2€ + zwei 1€ Münzen. ----------------------------------------------------- RESTAURANTS / VERPFLEGUNG ----------------------------------------------------- Restaurant, Pizzeria und Selfservicerestaurants und eine gut sortierte Strandbar sind verfügbar. Preise im Restaurant sind moderat, die Portionen meist üppig. Qualität ist gut. Supermarkt vor Ort ist gut sortiert und hat das Nötigste. Obst Gemüse können auch schon mal länger ausliegen. Kontrollieren! Brot gibt es nur Kastenweissbrot, Körnerbaguettes, Toastbrot u. Noch ein paar süsse Backwaren. Croissants und sonstiges Süssgebäck im Selfservice Restaurant. ------------------------------------------------- FITNESS / Sportmöglichkeiten -------------------------------------------------- Im Fitness-Bereich stehen viele mechanische Geräte teilweise mit Flugrost. Dieser kann keinesfalls mit modernen Studios mithalten. Aber am Meer gibt es ja kostenloses Muskeltraining beim Schwimmen ! Ausserdem gibt es einen Tennisplatz und ein Beachvolleyballfeld. Wassersportgeräte werden gegen Bezahlung auch verliehen. Tretboote, Kajaks, Segelsurfbretter u. ein kleines 1-2 Mann Segelboot. Das Material ist oft schon mehrere Jahre im Einsatz und weist teilweise deutliche Gebrauchsspuren auf. Es gibt auch ein Fahrradverleih der Bikes neuerer Generation zur Verfügung hat. Z.B. auch Fatbikes. Dort gibt es auch Kettcars der Marke Berg und ein Dachfahrrad für 4 Personen. Für Kleinkinder gibt es 6 km/h fahrende Elektroquods. Der Verleih schließt aber Ende August. ----------------------------- KINDERANGEBOT ---------------------------- Es gibt einen kleinen abgezäunten Spielplatz mit Schaukeln Klettergerüst Wippen. Dort werden abends auch meist Zeichentrickfilme gezeigt. An anderer Stellem kann man Gokarts, Minimelektroaus oder auch ein 4er Fahrrad mieten. Über die angebotene Kinderanimation kann ich nichts sagen. Scheint aber Spass zu machen, wenn man die Kinder so gesehen hat.

"Sator 2019 - After three years of camping at this camp, I can say that I am very satisfied. There are almost no flaws, I might add some more food content, some more restaurant.

"Fantastic - We went to the camping in early July 2018, a big company with our own tents. We really enjoyed our stay there once more!!! Many activities like water sports, rental bikes, fitness programs and Latin dances, good prices at the super market, with a huge range of products, swimming pool and a lot of shadow at the places, which is necessary in Greece in summer, made us visiting the camping again and again!!!

Thalatta Kalamitsi Village Camp was born in 2006 by the love and creativity of the people who developed it, with services classified to an alternative type of vacations, which reflect and strengthen the unbreakable relationship of humans with nature. The …camp’s installations extend to an area delimited by the southern edge of Sithonia, Chalkidiki, characterized by natural elements of unique beauty. Thalatta Kalamitsi Village Camp is an important ecosystem, which has been incorporated into the EU network of nature protection areas (NATURA 2000). Verdurous areas are suitable for a little tour, walk or jogging, while some remote spots captivate the camper who wishes to relax and spend some time alone. Thalatta Kalamitsi Village Camp has seven communal clusters of buildings with LUX showers and WC for men-women (hot/cold water all day long), and communal washing machines and kitchens. All our facilities meet the most stringent specifications and standards of the European Union. A modern self service restaurant with traditional Greek dishes, genuine homemade flavours prepared with pure aromatic varieties from our traditional kitchen garden, a grill-house, an ouzeri with dishes matching genuineness in flavour and taste with traditional and careful preparation and lending its cuisine a personal identity characterized by pleasure, gourmet dishes and homemade food, a snack bar, a pizzeria with traditional pizza cooked in a wood-fired oven, a beach bar, a supermarket, an auto mini market (24hour service), a tobacco shop, a pop art shop, and an Internet café complete the infrastructure of Thalatta Kalamitsi Village Camp in the field of entertainment, recreation, and full service. Musical wanderings through concerts and parties, cool pleasures, and melodic happenings are the highlight of the summer events offered to the campers and rouse their enthusiasm to the highest pitch… Well-organized sports facilities, football fields, a basketball court, a beach volleyball court, a fully equipped gym, a large swimming pool, a sauna, and a well-organized playground, are all at the disposal of the summer visitors every day, rendering Thalatta Kalamitsi Village Camp a unique summer destination, also in terms of action, physical exercise and recreation. Water sports and extreme sports, diving, canoe, and jet-ski with digital monitor to explore the seabed, excite the camper’s interest and constantly keep cheerfulness and relaxation at their heights.
