Extremely unprofessional treatment of guests, who demand what is written and promised in the reservation. During our stay, there was no internet, what is very important for job of my girlfriend. The bed linen and towels were not changed every day. On the request to change the room, due to poor and... unfulfilled conditions, the gentleman, who is the director of the complex, did not agree with it.
I also want to mention the conditioning with electricity consumption, as well as the removal and cleaning of garbage, every day, which we agreed on in a minimally polite way. it was definitely not written anywhere, and it's also not my job.
After they stated that it is best to leave the whises at our request, which, as I said, were stated during the reservation, and stated that they would return the money in full, some 100 km from their fraudulent residence, I received a notification through booking that the same should be paid for the night. After talking with the really kind booking.com staff, we managed to cancel the reservation without additional costs, and reported the il cicero residence as a location of suspicious behavior.
In the end, I definitely do not recommend it!

Auf unserer Sizilienrundreise war dieser Platz die 2. Übernachtungsstation
Den Campingplatz selbst betrachten wir als o.k. mit Potential nach oben. Gerade das Teilstück im Wald ist nicht sehr einladend. Was für uns den Platz jedoch zu einem besonderen Campingplatz gemacht hat - war die freundliche Dame an der Rezeption. Super freundlich und im perfekten Deutsch wurden wir auf... dem Gelände eingewiesen. Wir erhielten jeden Tag Insidertipps der unmittelbaren Region, sizilianischen Traditionen und regionalem Brauchtum. Alles in allem für uns eine willkommene Sache und empfehlenswert für Sizilienanfänger, wie wir! Soweit Mobilität vorhanden ist, geht touristisch sehr viel. Der Platz kann als Start & Ausgangspunkt für die Ionischen Inseln genutzt werden. Die Organisation über den Campingplatz wird angeboten. Schwierigkeit hatten wir vor Ort mit den Bankautomaten. Die wollten uns nicht mit Bargeld versorgen. Dazu mussten wir Richtung Osten naheligende Bankomaten testen. Irgendwann hatten wir auch Euro's in der Hand. So wie unser Weg wieder auf die Insel führt, werden wir uns neue Tipps hier abholen. Wir sagen DANKE & auf Wiedersehen!

Bellissima vacanza al Cicero
Abbiamo trascorso una belllissima vacanza al Residence Il Cicero. Il mare è pulito e la spiaggia molto gradevole. Niente affollamento sulla la spiaggia. Abbiamo soggiornato fine luglio. Grazie ai consigli dello staff del Cicero, abbiamo fatto delle bellissime escursioni sia via mare che via terra. Accoglienza al Cicero è uncio e ci siamo sentiti dal primo giorno a casa. Bella atmosphera. Grazie ancoro Torneremo di sicuro

Il Campeggio era molto bello pero loro hanno anche cose che non sono cosi tante belle. Era tutto sporco.
