"Nice and Cosy Camping Place / Schöner und gemütlicher Campingplatz - Sehr schön gelegener Stellplatz, oberhalb des Yachthafen Augustenburg (Zufahrt über den Hafenbereich). Wir waren im Juli dort und haben 2 Tage vorher per Email angefragt und prompt eine Reservierung erhalten. Verwaltet werden die nur ca. 20 Stellplätze über den Hafenmeister. Dort im Büro bei Ankunft melden. Die Stellplätze sind sehr großzügig, mit einem Rasen- und Kiesteil. Frischwasser, Strom und Abwasser am Platz. Kassettentoiletten werden am Waschhaus entleert. Die Dusche funktionieren mit Geldeinwurf (dänische Kronen), sind einfach aber funktionsfähig. Sanitäranlagen müssen sich die Wassersportler und Camper teilen, was aber ok ist. Ideal als Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren auf der Insel oder bis Sonderburg (15 km). Schloß Augustenborg liegt gegenüber an der Bucht, mit tollem Park und Museum. Versorgung im Ort möglich. Angrenzendes Hotel am Yachthafen hat ein gutes Restaurant. Man findet sehr viel Ruhe dort. Very nicely located camping space, above the Augustenburg marina (access via the port area). We were there in July and emailed two days in advance and promptly received a reservation. The only 20 parking spaces are managed by the harbor master. Report to the office upon arrival. The pitches are very spacious, with a lawn and gravel section. Fresh water, electricity and sewage on site. Cassette toilets are emptied at the wash house. The showers work with a cash slot (Danish kroner), are simple but functional. The water sports enthusiasts and campers have to share sanitary facilities, which is ok. Ideal as a starting point for bike tours on the island or to Sønderborg (15 km). Augustenborg Castle is opposite the bay, with a great park and museum. Supply possible at the near village. The hotel at the marina has a good restaurant. You can find a lot of peace there.

" - Ask for place 19...totally at the back of the campsite! We had a wonderful view and a peaceful place, not between campers and caravans. The area is good for cycling. And the administrators are real nice persons!
