The check-in is very easy - the fresh water in front of the entrance is great The sanitary facilities are centrally located The dishwasher for 1.-- is sensational The offer in the restaurant is varied and very good.

The positive points are not emphasized enough on the website.

The sanitary building is modern, very clean and was cleaned regularly - you can see the high quality of the TCS. The site is also ideal for dog owners: there are plenty of opportunities to run around in the surrounding area, beautiful walking paths directly along the lake and dog-friendly staff.

Everything! Good and warm welcome! Great staff. Beautifully located on Lake Sempach and super nice facilities. Also the possibility of fine dining in Seeland!

Drain for gray water. The grate is far too small and difficult to get the right position from the vehicle. Especially if you are traveling alone...

A magnificent campsite, perfectly maintained, with spacious grassy pitches, water and electricity close by. The sanitary facilities are new, well-equipped and very clean.

It's a shame the region doesn't offer free or discounted public transport (I'm not responsible for the campsite).

Rating applies to all three places we visited. Sempach has laid the foundation for further booked campsites on our tour of Switzerland. All are easily accessible. Thanks to the good information provided, we were able to enjoy very relaxing and informative days in Lucerne, Bern-Hinterkapellen and Interlaken. Structured check-in and check-out procedures. Very friendly staff, whether at the registration desk or working in the background to ensure cleanliness etc. We always found our way around immediately and felt at home, so we always checked first to see if there was a TCS site in the places we visited.

The space occupancy in Bern was not checked. For example, an impertinent guest placed himself on the disposal area. In Bönigen the staff is very friendly and helpful - only the boss is very unfriendly in the morning when answering questions or inactive in solving problems e.g. gas bottle connection. "It's my own fault", not your problem.

Beautiful sanitary facilities, very friendly, helpful staff and a very well-kept site. Large plots, beautiful trees. Direct access to the lake via the sandy beach, gently sloping. Most beautiful sunsets 😍.

The opening hours of the restaurant. Last evening, Friday, 06.09.2024, we and other guests didn't get any more meals after 8.10 pm. The delivery service was happy. As far as I know, the restaurant is unfortunately not part of the campsite.

Everything... modern, clean, well-kept, quiet, friendly, delicious sandwiches, seaside bar with live music, seaside resort right on the square.....

Store manageable and integrated into a self-service restaurant, but has everything you need in a hurry. However, as there is a Coop nearby, it's not really a disadvantage.

Unfortunately, the campsite's regulations are not adhered to or not reprimanded. My pitch 175 says: park parallel to the road. Unfortunately, the caravan was parked directly in front of me, AG 701 317, on plot no. 176, at right angles to the road and took away my view of the lake the whole time. The caravan also appeared to be unoccupied. If there are rules, then please control and enforce them. Otherwise, the decent people feel they are being made fun of.

The campsite is in a great location by the lake and very clean. Good infrastructure, also very clean. The Badirestaurant is self-service, but we really enjoyed the food. Friendly staff.

The Radio Sunshine beach bar was not in operation, which was a bit of a shame. And we appreciate a restaurant with service.
