As it was still the Whitsun vacations, it was correspondingly busy.
However, we didn't feel cramped due to the large pitches.
Fresh water connection and electricity connection directly on the pitch. The new sanitary... building with adjoining indoor pool (7 x 20 m) meets my expectations of an upmarket campsite. There is also a wellness and sauna area, which we were unable to use this time.
The very clean and comfortable shower cubicles with integrated toilet, washbasin and dressing area far exceeded my expectations.
The well-equipped little store, bread roll service and long opening hours are also worth mentioning here.
The restaurant and hotel right next to the campsite is highly recommended, very tasty and excellent value for money.
The price is in the upper range, but is justified by the recreational value.

Due to a somewhat larger Swiss group who were there together on the... campsite and many families with children, there wasn't necessarily that much peace and quiet for us as a couple during the day. But it wasn't very disturbing either.
We enjoyed the daily walks around the campsite with our dog.

There is even a small indoor pool and a sauna. Not used, but great for families on rainy days.
There are two (!) restaurants right next to the pitch. Used both, ate very well both times.
Top location for hikers or bike excursions.

Especially nice, there was a nest with chocolate on every pitch at Easter.
The Rogg family also sponsored drinks - their own brewed beer and lemonade, as well as Spezi. A very nice touch, we are used... to something different at the Südseecamp. You have to pay for everything there.
We had two meals in the restaurant, very tasty and very friendly. The children each received a scoop of ice cream as a surprise afterwards.
We came as a family with the camper van, with two children aged 7 + 13.
We will definitely be back.

The swimming pond is very nice, we will certainly come back again in the summer.
The waiter at the inn was very polite, but I would have liked a little more cordiality.

You couldn't even hear the construction work, as a new sanitary building was being built. There is a... horse stable, cows, cats and chickens. There is a beautiful swimming lake at the back. There is also a cycle path next to the campsite.
Everyone is always very friendly.
We will definitely be back.

We paid €24 for 2 days/night (yes, all campsites get rich on electricity costs)! So the 2 days around this season were simply too expensive at €93. Of course it's winter... time, but I don't understand that both restaurants only open at 5 pm, as well as the shop .......
Either you are open or have a winter break like most! We weren't the only ones either.
But a very nice campsite in itself!
