On weekends, very noisy, uncivilized crews may appear and consume alcohol in excess. We had such an experience and it created us a discomfort. I recommend the management to warn them to avoid such events. Also a negative thing is that the campsite is very far from a shop. So, you should came here with all that you need :)... or you can buy things from the restaurant.
An european campsite
I have avut an extremely pleasant surprise to discover an extremely beautiful campsite, with facilities at high standards located in a dreamy natural setting.A big plus for Orlando Sanz (the guy from Cuba). A very nice and charismatic guy.

- Amplasarea campingului departe de zonele locuite ceea ce ii confera linistea mult cauata de toti. - Posibilitatea de a merge la piscina (de a plati doar in zilele cand doresti, aceasta nefiind inclusa in costul camparii) - Existenta posibilitatii de a deversa apele gri direct in canalizare la unele locuri de campare - Toaletele foarte curate si dusurile spatioase si intime - Existenta frigiderelor printre locurile de campat, mai ales in zona corturilor - Locuri de joaca vaste pentru copii mici

Rigiditatea personalului de la receptie. Incomoditatea accesului la utilitati cu cheie (bucatarie, dusuri, toalete - acceptabila tinand
O camping foarte bun ... pentru Bulgaria
Un camping foarte bun, din cele vazute de mine, in raport cu cele vizitate.
Amplasat departe de zonele locuibile, dar in acelasi timp relativ aproape de obiective turistice, merita sa petreci cateva zile in el.
Raprtul calitate servicii oferite, foarte bun in comparatie cu campingurile din Bulgaria de pe litoral.

We are glad that you appreciated the quality of our camping and all the facilities created.

As far as I understood from the translation of your comment you had some problem with collecting a key for the sanitary premises from the reception and the attitude of... the reception team. In case you have arrived outside working hours of the reception you can always collect a key from our night security guard, whose telephone number is published on the reception desk. In regards to the friendliness and helpfulness of the reception staff we pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service, which is evident in the many positive reviews on that matter. Ενα όμορφο camping
Είναι από τα ομορφότερα camping που έχω επισκεφτεί και το πρώτο μου εκτός Ελλάδος το κάμπινγκ ήταν ακριβώς όπως είναι στις φωτογραφίες από το site του τα παιδιά στη ρεσεψιόν είναι ευγενέστατα και μείναμε πάρα πολύ ευχαριστημένοι από όλες τις απόψεις Πήγα μόνο με τη σύζυγό μου με τη μηχανή για δύο βράδια ευελπιστούμε να ξαναπάμε μαζί με τα παιδιά και την τροχοσκηνή μας Ευχαριστούμε πάρα πολύ για τη φιλοξενία και την ευγένειά του

Schöner Platz aaaaaber
Personal unfreundlich, die Bulgarischen Gastgeber müssen noch viel lernen. So ist der Pool auf dem Platz extra zu bezahlen. Kenne ich von anderen Plätzen nicht. Im Restaurant wartet man recht lange auf die Bedienung, die dann nach langem Warten eine Suppe mit einer Mücke als Fleischeinlage an den Tisch bringt. Alles in allem aber ein schöner Platz mit unfähigem Personal.

I am glad to read that you loved the surrounding the campsite areas and the facilities for camping we have on site.

I am sorry however to see that you had a rather disappointing experience... in our restaurant and not a positive opinion in regards to the service there. Please note that the restaurants are under different management and in fact a completely separate unit from the campsite itself. I would pass your comment to the restaurant manager in order to take immediate corrective actions in regards to the described by you issues. Over the past few years we have excellent comments and reviews from our guests about the hospitality and in detail the helpfulness and friendliness of our camping reception staff hence I will be very much surprised if your comment is also relevant to the camping personnel. Attention to details and genuine human contact are our core principles at Campsite Kapinovski Monastery.

Schöner Platz mit kleinen Mängeln
Der Platz ist teilweise parzelliert, dann getrennt durch die Zufahrtstraße kommt die Zeltwiese. Auf der Zeltwiese teils etwas weitere Wege zu Wasser und Strom. Die Anlage ist gepflegt. Die WC`s und Duschen sind zweckmäßig und sauber. Leider gab es oft kein Toilettenpaier, dies sollte man also immer vorsichtshalber... mitnehmen. Es gibt eine gut eingerichtete Küche mit Kühlschränken, Kochplatten, Mikrowelle und Backofen, dazu eine Waschmaschine. Dem Platz angeschlossen ist ein Pool, der wohl auch von dort Wohnhaften Leuten als Freibad genutzt wird. Der Pool bzw. die Poollandschaft ist sehr groß, sauber, mit Rettungsschwimmer überwacht und bietet viele Liegen zum drauf liegen. Zudem gibt es eine Bar mit kleinen Snacks und Getränken. Zum Baden bietet sich auch noch der Fluß neben dem Platz an, jedoch ist der Zugang etwas schwierig. Es gibt 2 Restaurants auf dem Platz. Beide wurden von uns nicht zum Essen nicht getestet, jedoch um Abends etwas zu trinken. Hier war das Personal leider sehr überfordert, konnten teilweise kein Wort Englisch, und die Preise für die selben Getränke waren bei 3 Bestellungen jedesmal unterschiedlich. Ein großer Minuspunkt war leider das Personal. Die Rezeption war freundlich, ebenso die Damen und Herren der Poolbar. Das wars dann aber auch. Reinigungskräfte sowie (vermutlich) Hausmeister waren sehr unfreundlich und genervt, dass man es wagte, die Toilette und Dusche überhaupt zu benutzen. Der Platz liegt ca 20 km von der nächsten großen Stadt weg. Ein Auto ist daher empfehlenswert.

I am glad to read that you loved so many things about our campsite, words like yours are very motivating especially for quite a young camping like ours.

I am sorry however to see that... you had a mixed emotions in relation to our restaurant staff and their level of English command. Please note that the restaurants are under different management and in fact a completely separate unit from the campsite itself. I would pass your comment to the restaurant manager in order to take preventive measures for the described by you issues. I am also concerned about the attitude of our cleaning staff and will personally follow up on this. Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience caused on this matter. We maintain our bathroom areas and toilets on regular basis, which also includes providing toilet paper, when finished. Unfortunately we have noticed that on many occasions within an hour or even less since it has been supplied the toilet paper has been gone. Some visitors unfortunately like to take the entire roll for themselves. As you can imagine this is very difficult to control. Attention to details and genuine human contact are our core principles at Campsite Kapinovski Monastery and we are keen to work towards this.
