Someone to supervise the pool Some teenagers were riding their scooters into the indoor pool area; they weren't following any rules, were shouting, and were jumping around everywhere. Both the younger children and the adults were at risk of being injured by these teenagers.

Useless, quiet, and friendly

The team of activity leaders lacked a bit of energy. There was no cohesion among them, and they showed a lack of empathy toward the vacationers.

The cleanliness of the bar—especially the patio—and the activity guidelines on your website, which list the age range as 13–17, when it should be 11–17.

For a 4-star hotel, there could be toilet paper in the restrooms. The showers in the restroom area at the entrance were closed the entire time we were there!! Be sure to let guests staying in the campsites right next to the parking lot/trash area know that there’s a good chance their nights and mornings might be noisy

We had a wonderful stay at the Albères campground—a very pretty setting, really clean, and the restrooms and showers were well-maintained—nothing to complain about. The two water play areas were truly great, especially the river around the slide, which was a big hit. The food was truly excellent—we ate very well, and the presentation was beautiful. Kudos to the catering team. The staff was friendly. The campground was quiet and shaded. The activity leader was great, and the activities were fun. The play areas were spacious and well-equipped for both kids and adults.

During in-house events—without an outside vendor—the sound system needs work; the music is very hard to hear, and the microphones aren't great. It's a shame; it ruins the evening's entertainment.

We took part in a bingo night, but without a table; some people even went to get their tables from their mobile homes...

The site is very exposed on all sides, with children and parents constantly walking across the mobile home's patio. The rest of the campground is fine.

Plant some flowers or build a patio next to the mobile home.

The showers we’d been told about weren’t working. On the day we arrived—since we got there around 7:30 p.m.—we went to the restaurant. We were told they couldn’t serve us because they were fully booked. In reality, more than half the tables were empty. Later, I realized they only accepted reservations. There was no space to set up the food service at the campground.

Fun, active entertainment, nice pool, good shower and restroom facilities. Nice, warm water. 95% French visitors; no Dutch or Belgian visitors. Nice playing field, fully equipped for children and athletes.

Teen Corner/Space for ages 13 and up.... Keep the reception desk open longer (by phone).

The staff is great, but the housekeeping is iffy—we had a few surprises—but overall we were very disappointed for a 4-star hotel, whether it’s the club or the snack bar—which you can’t even call a restaurant, not even a real little grocery store.

Take a cue from real 4-star resorts—because I’ve been camping with my grandchildren every year for years, and this is the first time I’ve been so disappointed with the pool. None of what’s listed on the sign at theentrance—practically none of it is followed. Shorts? Some people are even fully clothed. Ball games? Some people, since they know the staff, get special treatment—it’s complete nonsense. You really need to send in mystery shoppers, like we do at my job; they’d be surprised by what they’d see.

A campground seeking maximum profitability. If the bungalows could have been crammed right up against each other, they would have been. No privacy, no peace and quiet. Community living at well over 1,000 euros a week. Not to mention a ridiculously small, overcrowded pool that they call an “aquatic center.”

Eliminate half of the spaces. Serve half as many customers and thus provide normal services.
