- MSMathias S.augusztus 2026I was very pleasantly surprised!I received a very warm welcome here and was personally escorted to my campsite. You can tell right away that they have many years of experience. They have everything you need. For example, there’s a small private beach with a great playground for kids. At the front desk, you can pick up small items,... pre-order bread rolls, buy an ice cream or a cable—anything is possible. The drinks are very well chilled, and I don’t need any tokens to take a shower. There’s even a campground dishwasher in the dishwashing area, and the little touches—like hooks in the shower area placed in exactly the right spot—make a vacation here very carefree and pleasant. I didn’t use the campground’s dining options, but as I walked by, I saw plenty of satisfied faces in the outdoor seating area. So it seems to be a hit there, too.

Everything we needed was there: a small convenience store, a bread delivery service, and excellent dining options, which we took advantage of almost every day. The restaurant is great.NegatívumokThe very bumpy access road leading to the campsites Long walk to the swimming areaCamping for Those Seeking Peace and QuietThe campground is located at the edge of the village of Lassan in a very quiet setting right on the Peenestrom. It’s unspoiled, which is lovely; the only downside is that the access roads inside the campground are very bumpy—the slabs really need to be “leveled out.”
The restroom facilities are simple... but always spotlessly clean. The welcome was friendly, and the restaurant is great.
(Except during vacation periods) you can take public transportation from Lassan’s market square all the way to Swinemünde. There are two EDEKA stores in town; the nearest places to fill up are in Anklam (20 km) or Wolgast. Bike tours are also possible, but you have to be prepared for sandy and paved paths.

The basic cleanliness is not given. Cobwebs everywhere, which could at least be removed with a broom before the guests change. The boss does not appear at all and if he does, he asks for a short moment so that his wife or another lady... can take over. The restaurant doesn't open until 5pm and closes at 8:30pm, even if all the tables are full and the guests still want a drink. You actually have to earn the money if it is possible......
There is a general lack of friendliness and cordiality in all areas. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place for you. The pitches are spaciously laid out and can be sunny or shady as required. The sanitary facilities are very well equipped and well maintained. A free industrial dishwasher... makes your work easier. The Campertreff (restaurant) serves delicious food at fair prices. It was mid-October, plenty of pitches to choose from, very clean sanitary facilities with unlimited showers, which is not the case everywhere, as we found out later. Very, very nice operators... and an excellent restaurant with very tasty food and very nice people. A good starting point for cycling tours. We were thrilled.
