Camping Streefland is a nice and quiet place for anyone who wants to escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The campsite is located in beautiful, green surroundings where you can really unwind. Whether you come with a tent, caravan or camper, there is plenty of space and everything is well... maintained.

What makes this campground extra special to me is that I grew up here and have enjoyed coming here for 22 years. That really says it all: it feels like coming home every time. The friendly atmosphere plays a big part in that. The owners and staff are welcoming and helpful, making you feel immediately welcome.

It is also a suitable campsite for families: there is plenty of room for children to play and the surroundings offer great opportunities for hiking and biking.

The facilities are neat and clean. Think well-maintained plumbing and practical facilities that make your stay comfortable. It is not a massive campsite, and that is exactly what makes it so pleasant - you really feel like you are away for a while.

In short, Camping Streefland is a must for those who love peace, nature and a friendly atmosphere. For me for 22 years a place to return to!

Friendly staff, we were here in 2018 and 2019, we were able to relax each time and always felt comfortable. We will definitely be back.

Sanitary facilities!
Good location
The location of the site is good. Most of the campers there are permanent campers. For everyone else, there is a large meadow where you can choose a pitch. The sanitary facilities are very old and were very dirty. It looked as if they hadn't been cleaned for a long time. The location is good, you can get to Gouda quickly. I didn't feel comfortable there!

Streefland is actually a permanent colony. They are all permanent campers with fixed installations. Still okay for stop-over guests, as the pitch is at the far end of the site and therefore rather quiet. Electricity only at the edges of the pitch but probably sufficient, but there is a drinking water... point. Wash house without hot water (except showers, 0.50€) at wash basin and washing up and older (but tidy). Probably not used by all the permanent campers. Very friendly reception. Honestly not recommended for longer stays. Chemical toilet can be emptied, but no camper van supply and disposal. Good starting point for a city tour of Gouda (e.g. by bike)
