This process is not (clearly) described on the website, and because the booking process was not completed in the following night, I could not prepare for it here.
This complicated process caused me a lot of stress, which is not acceptable for the cost of this camping.

The internet is also disappointing: it can only be used for an extra charge - which is incomprehensible given the already high accommodation prices. The range of products on offer in the store is also quite meagre; you will look in vain for fruit or vegetables.

Kein Ansprechpartner vor Ort für praktische Fragen, kein Plan vom Campingplatz, wo sind WC / Waschraum / Duschen. Alles musste ich suchen.... Ein "Platzwart" - wenn es sowas gab - war der einzige Kontakt. Und der hat sofort meine Kinder gemaßregelt, weil sie einen Ball gekickt haben. Es war viel Platz, niemand wurde gestört. Trotzdem: "Hier ist Ballspielen verboten!"
Wir hatten überlegt, einen Tag länger zu bleiben, aber weil hier alles anonym geht, habe ich das sein lassen.
Es gibt eine Feuerstelle, das ist schön. Aber woher kann man Holz bekommen?

An older woman at reception was so unfriendly. I have never experienced anything like it in all my years. She insulted... the guests and ranted at anyone who tried to check in.
Some repairs need to be carried out. Shower heads, door handles.... Definitely not 5 stars. Oh and don't rip off the guests with parking fees or W-Lan. There is no mobile reception and that is not appropriate in this day and age.
So now something good. The other staff was very friendly and courteous. The campsite is very clean and well laid out.

Unfortunately, private commitments meant that we could only book and stay for 2 nights. We booked the ComfortPlus pitch KP15 in the period from 11-13.07.2025.
It is usual for other pitches... in the same category to be offered on arrival, so we didn't worry about this when we were directed to pitch KP05 at around 13:00. We were given the map with the arrival markings on KP05 and the key to the private bathroom KP05.
After setting up completely, we still had time before dinner and hiked the Freilinger-See-Weg.
At 18:30 we took our reserved seats in the restaurant on the square and looked forward to a relaxed evening.
At around 19:00 we received a call from Mrs. Bleckmann (as we understood it). She explained to us that we were in the wrong place and that the guests intended for there were now there and wanted to set up.
We pointed out that we had been allocated the pitch with directions and a key. The answer was: ".... but you know that you have booked a different pitch, we are only human ...". Our reply was "...we are only human and it is often the case that other pitches within the category are allocated on arrival ... there is no other solution, e.g. rebooking or changing pitches on Sunday". The answer was that the staff cannot change places because the KP15 is not free long enough.
We also emphasized that we were at dinner and that the main course would be served any minute, but we agreed to be on site as soon as possible to clarify the situation. We also mentioned that the private bathroom was already in use. Your employee replied that she would send someone to clean it.
The relaxing evening was over!
When we arrived at pitch KP05 at around 19:20, we realized that employees from your pitch were working in the bathroom, had taken photos and had moved the contents of our private items, including our intimate underwear, into the bathroom of KP015. This crossed the line. My wife is very sensitive about such things and is also undergoing psychological treatment due to various illnesses.
This is clearly an invasion of intimacy and privacy under Article 2 (1) in conjunction with Article 1 (1) of the Basic Law.
I am sure you are aware that such an act, in particular the taking of photos, constitutes a criminal offense under §201a StGB.
It goes without saying that our short vacation was "ruined" as a result.
We expect you to pay appropriate compensation (e.g. reimbursement of the fees for the 2 nights). The soap dispenser and the paper dispenser have not been working for weeks.

The sanitary facilities on the... campsite are clean, unlike those on the Bachwiese. Except for the extremely high temperatures. 2 minutes after the shower you are soaked with sweat again.
You have the feeling you are changing in a sauna.
The bread roll service is great and the baked goods are very tasty.
We can only recommend the restaurant.
